I don't know who put you up to this, but you were mad to think you could kill me! You pathetic worm! Only those who wield true strength can claim any stake in this land of chaos!" Edelgard: "Strength, you say? Then know this: it is with just such strength that one day I shall strike you down!" *Edelgard flees Garreg Mach* *outside* Bernadetta: "You think she's okay?" Hubert: "It'll take more than what's in there to kill our lady." *Edelgard comes storming out, pursued by soldiers* Bernadetta: "Argh, looks like it didn't go so well." *shoots down soldiers* Hubert (to Edelgard, as they run away): "You see? This is what happens." Edelgard: "For now, we run! Till I have strength, until our time comes." --- Scene: rebellion in Faerghus prior to the start of the game *Dimitri is fighting people, but doesn't kill them, Sylvain comes in to save him* Sylvain: "Come on, you can do better than that!" Dimitri: "But... they're mere peasents, driven to this by starvation, pain, and suffering... How can we just...?" Sylvain: "Well... If you're that soft, you won't be able to keep the vow you just made." Dedue: "Indeed. Now that we are sworn brothers... You need greater strength of spirit." Dimitri: "Yes, you are right." *the three hold their weapons together, cue epic theme song* Dimitri: "We are unified, in intent and in life!" Sylvain: "With our might..." Dedue: "And our honor, we shall end this chaos!" Dimitri: "Let us go, my sworn brothers!" --- Golden Deer going to war after the five-year time skip Claude: "The wind has begun to blow..." Lysithea: "Argh, the flag pole..." Claude: "Hm? What's the matter, Lysithea?" Lysithea: "Nothing. Well... the flag pole just broke in the wind. It doesn't seem like a good omen." Claude: "Haha! You're surprisingly sensitive. Quite unlike the side of yourself you show in battle." Raphael: "There's no need to worry! The wind can blow as fast as it likes. All we have to do is run through our enemies even faster! Right, Professor?" Byleth: "That's right. We shall become the gale that shreds the Adrestian Empire!" Hilda: "It'll be fine. You can count on the Professor and our friends!" Lysithea: "Yes, well... if you all say so." Claude: "We do. I'm expecting big things from you too, Lysithea." *Claude turns to the entrance of the camp, holds up his bow* Claude: "Now, Golden Deers!
