uguu Posted December 3, 2008 Share Posted December 3, 2008 3 hours of sleep isn't no sleep. You'd think "3 hours is such a miniscule amount" right? Wrong. 3 hours can be plenty, and not sleeping and only sleeping for three hours, there's such a huge difference. The difference is clearly much bigger than the 3 hours-9 hours thing, because not sleeping at all is worse than sleeping, but just 6 hours less. Also, being nocturnal is sleeping in the day and being awake in the night. Sleeping three hours a day would require you being awake in both the day and night.
