I highly recommend it, you learn about wammy's house, L and Misora(Rayne Penbers girlfriend) The novel seems to show signs of a sequel speaking of other important events such as The detective war and how L met Watari. Fox Posted December 8, 2008 Share Posted December 8, 2008 I was surprised by Another Note in a good way. A friend of mine insisted that I read it, and I'll admit that I approached the book with a lot of skepticism, but the narration was brilliant. The story's a little hard to follow, but that's typical given it's Deathnote. The fact that it only took a few hours to read was also nice. I enjoyed getting a feel for Naomi's background, and I really think it enhances her character when you go back and read through the manga again.
