    All I know is that some characters from Smash 4 won't make it into Smash 5. No way they gonna just copy paste 58 characters and want to add more. Enjoy _____ character while you still can.

    Yeah, more characters the roster has, the more likely each character will be less effort put into them. Same reason Pokemon gens keep getting less new Pokemon. Only so much they can add

    I know c-sticking aerials is almost required to play Ryu. C-sticking in general is really good in this game, I suggest everyone learn it. There's only one explanation...

    ZSS at the top level is relatively rare for how good she is as a character. In the US, we have Nairo, Nick Roddle, and umm... Meanwhile Sheik has an army of top players.

    There are so many people that are better than me here. You should come out, no one has ever really come out the woodwork and won a (good) tourney without prior offline tourney experience their first try. Failure builds character.

    Fire emblem has never been the same since Radiant Dawn. Too much cliche anime stuff from that point on

    Samus has more results than most characters close to her level. Those Samus mains get things done despite the character flaws. Provided in this game, you can get results with any character at the local level assuming your scene isn't obscenely stacked. Tough luck for me though, my scene isn't quite that easy.

    I don't play many Ryus my skill level top give information outside of obvious stuff like his utilt/dtilt confirm into shoryuken, etc.. Despite Trela living in my scene, I can't really give an accurate analysis of the matchup since he's just flat out a better player than me regardless of character.

    This topic... Also, I don't like Corrin's design in that he looks like he's wearing a wig and is barefoot for some reason even though he has plate armor on. Logic?

    Real question is why do people care what other people think about your favorite TV show/music/video game/sport/hobby/etc.? I enjoy stuff that less than 5% of the world likes and I don't give a damn about what other people think about what I do. A lot of this logic could be applied towards being butthurt that X fanbase/person do not like this character. As long as what you like to do is within the realm of legality of course.

    When Fire Emblem players are giving bad/meh responses to Corrin's inclusion, how do you think the rest of the fanbase will react?

    His moveset seems pretty diverse. I like that Why is Corrin barefoot tho?

    I feel bad I forgot Bayonetta was a character. But cool, as long as she isn't a character from another company. Corrin also I had little information about (I mean I knew he was in Fates). Was trying to avoid spoilers for Fates, not cool that they revealed that he's a dragon. Cloud still I don't like in this game. Not to mention his combat kinda sucks too. Overall, it could have gone a lot worse. We could've gotten 6 new characters instead of 3 and some of the characters could have been more 3rd parties. I'm glad there is no more DLC though, what are they gonna add to Smash 5 if they keep going?

    Her advantage is just so crazy that her risk reward is still heavily skewed in her favor. A good ZSS main will not go for many raw grabs, especially at percents they can die at. There's a lot of things that can confirm into grab as well. Even if she lands 50% of grabs, usually she is getting more reward off the ones she does land as opposed to the ones she whiffs and gets punished for. That is to say, obviously you can't always go for raw grabs though, that 50% rate will go down even lower once an intelligent opponent realizes you're fishing for grabs.

    Yeah, at some point just regular attacks become pointless cause so many 0 MP abilities are superior and your mages who don't have these 0 MP abilities shouldn't bother physically attacking anyway.
