"Kind units" isn't exactly the term I'd use. There's a difference between a bad and stupid. Gordin Mage > Sage is bad. Gordin Mage > Sniper is stupid and pointless. Lets give him x levels to grow in a class that gives him neither stats nor weapon levels relevant to what he'll be using after promotion. Yea no. I'm fine with a bad unit..just limited the stupid units to 2. If you're choosing Paola Peg/Paladin that's fine, but if you'd rather amend your pick to something less "kind" then that is fine too.
