  1. Posted the same thing on Gamefaqs. NO GAME WAS ANNOUNCED, THIS IS JUST SPECULATION. I have seen a lot of mixed opinions about a potential FE4 remake, I want to know yours. Do you think the game would be ruined, or it would be fine? Here are some of my thoughts/concerns. Let's start with the gameplay: Maps: There's a reason why this game is called Horse Emblem, the maps are HUGE, 1 chapter in this game is like 2 or 3 chapters from other games, this is why foot units are harder to train, they get left in the dust, even if they are extremely good units like Jamka or Ayra(not that much, Ayra is the best gen 1 unit after Sigurd, but her Mov still hurts her), many newbies are really turned off by this, but if they make the maps smaller it wouldn't feel like FE4 at all, it's one of the things that makes this game so special, I think maybe adding checkpoints after seizing a castle would help. Holy Blood and Holy Weapons: All the Holy weapons have 30 MT and give stat boosts. Holy weapons such as Yewfelle and Mystletainn grant Skills to the weilder. Some people say this makes the game unbalanced, but IMO every unit is perfectly viable save for Hannibal and Ardan, even if they lack Holy Blood/Holy Weapons. That doesn't mean that Holy Weapons are perfectly balanced, they need a nerf, especially with a monster like Lewyn!Arthur who can use Forseti right away in chapter 6. The plot: Incest: People call this game Incest Emblem, but the only canon incestous pairing is Arvis x Dierdre and this happens because it's a major plot device, all the other incestous pairing are optional and before you bring Seliph x Julia, they have a negative love growth, the fact that they can be paired via the jaelously system is more likely to be an oversight if anything. I couldn't care less if they censor the incest in this game, but if it gets censored, they would be forced to chage the plot(which I'm against) or at least change the relationship between Arvis and Dierdre to something like cousins instead of half siblings. Lore: This one is mostly fine, but there are some "darker" plot events such as Child Hunts and Massacres, and we know how Nintendo tries to be "family friendly". I'm also worried about they pull something dumb like paralogues in Gen2 that allow you to recruit the parents, just... no What are your thoughts?
  2. EDIT: Note that most of the skills I added to the characters eventually got removed, as I decided it'd be more interesting to add class skills instead, so the enemy benefits too. Before anyone asks, yes I'm still doing GhebSaga. I'm just procrastinating waiting until the poll gives me a clear top 5 to use in the next test. This is a side LP I'll be doing alongside GhebSaga. Anyway, I've been wanting to LP the new FE4 translation ever since it came out, but I wanted to wait until the beta was over or nearly over. At this point, beta 7, the patch is pretty much finished enough for me, and has a bunch of cool bugfixes and shit, too. However, I don't want to do a standard FE4 run, because anybody can do one of those. Instead, I decided to hack it so that every class (except pirates and brigands, because I don't want to have to rush villages) now has 9 move, making the gap in usefulness between mounted and non-mounted units in this game significantly, if not entirely, narrowed. Yes, I mainly did this so Arden could be good. Because my units will be facing a lot more combat now that everything has 9 move, I also buffed everyone's bases and growths to varying degrees. And just for fun, I gave most units more skills and made some minor edits to many of the weapons. I'll probably release a patch of this to the public so you guys can experience it for yourselves eventually, but right now I've geared it towards this specific playthrough, and the units I'm benching (the cavs, Midir, and Lex) haven't been buffed nearly as much as everyone else. As far as pairings go, this is what I have planned: Jamke/Aideen Arden/Ayra Finn/Raquesis Claude/Sylvia Lewyn/Erin Azel/Taillte Dew/Bridget Anyway, without further adieu, let's begin... Prologue part 1: Next time, we take back Jungby castle! P.S. Keep in mind that this run is primarily experimental, and a result of me dicking around with Nightmare. And while some of the extra skills were added on a whim because I wanted to see how a character performs with them, while others were given because I wanted to see how their kids do with them. Leif and Seliph's parents in particular were given sword skills because I want to see if Leif and Seliph can inherit them. Addendum: I learned that Patty, Lene, Ulster, and Larcei are literally the only kids who can inherit sword skills. Turns out inheritance of them is by child, not class. This was a major reason I removed the personal skills in favor of added class skills.
  3. Hi all, you might all know about the famous Japanese hack of FE4 Remodel 2.97. While it is a very good hack, not everyone like its new version of character portraits, I myself prefer the old FE4 style. And that's what this patch does, it restores the portraits to the original style. So you can enjoy the new elements and the old portraits at the same time. Please apply this patch to a clean FE4 rom with header. You can find the read me here. Before After fe4(RR).zip
  4. So I'm doing my first playthrough of Genealogy of the Holy War and I've run into a problem regarding who Briggid should marry. My main choices are Dew and Jamke. The main factor between who the father of Patty and Faval should be is who passes down items to who. I know Faval gets Yewfelle from Briggid which leads me to believe his equipment comes from his mother, but I don't know this. If it turns out that he only gets Yewfelle from his mother and everything else from his father then Jamke will be the father. If Faval gets everything from his mother then I'll make Dew the father, as he passes down the Bargain skill to both children and Sol to Patty. If anybody has information regarding the item inheritance of Patty and Faval then that would be very much appreciated.
  5. Now that Prjoect Naga is in open beta I am considering playing through again and going for an A rank. I think that quite a few others will be replaying it too so it might be good to have a thread for such a difficult task. Anyway, I notice that to achieve an A rank you have to beat the game in less than 400 turns and get more than 100,000 exp. How is possible to get all the terrible units up to snuff AND get the desired love pairings all within 400 turns? it just seems impossible. Can anyone help?
  6. It's the mainboss of chapter 9 in FE4. I found this fight almost unfair because of two things: continue - He's able to attack twice. The main problem is that his Gungnir kills everyone with two hits, some units will be oneshotted. prayer - That's even worse. If he's on low health, it's almost impossible to hit him. At least in my run no one could. His 5 authority stars make it even worse. Even balmung didn't have a good hitrate. The maximum was 76% with balmung only thanks to Nanna's charisma skill. It took me like 100 attempts to kill him I had to finish him off before he reached prayer mode. Thanks to Gae Bolg it was possible. Seriously it was the hardest and most annoying bossfight to me of all FE games I've played yet. It's too luckbased for me mainly because of his continue.
  7. I changed the font of FE4 ,and i began the translation. But,the text are show bad. How fix this? The Kanji is not listed is the hex editor. View my attach png files. EDIT I fixed the problem.View File 3.png
  8. I am a spanish speaker, and I am translating FE4. I use Hexecute RC7,and my first attempt for changing the text it was OK. I load the file english.tbl, and i changed a few letters of the Cap 1. But,when charge the english.tbl file, content varies each time charge. Example I:1 time:Load Prologue text and Cap 5. Example II:Load Chapter 3 and 9. Or whether the text never appears in its entirety. Is diferent every time, and not leave everything and this messy. And,so I can not translate comfortably This is problem of Hexecute, the english.tbl file,or is normal? If file problem could you send me another tbl file,or hexadecimal editor with tbl support. Thank, and please help.

Feel free to also use this thread to discuss and speculate what you think we'll see (or what you would like to see) in the new series.
  10. Well, I've been only two on this forum. I first thought that FE4 was regarded as one of the best in the series. However, the more I read on SF, the more I think that this game gets a LOT of haters in this community. So, I made this poll to see the real situation! In short, what would be your rating out of 10 for FE4?
  11. Here's my plan for my first playthrough of this masterpiece - at least so far (currently at Chapter 3) : Fury x Noish Lewin x Tiltyu Ayra x Holyn Aideen x Midir (already sealed) Lachesis x Beowulf Sylvia x Claude Briggid x Dew OR Jamka (not decided yet) What are your thoughts? Also, I'm kinda worried about pairing Fury with a physical unit, because while Fee will surely turn out great, I'm worried that Sety will be sh*t because of that. Is it alright? Thanks in advance!
  12. Now that we're finally through my excursion into Android FE clones, let's tread into slightly more familiar territory... FE4 Binary, or just FEBinary, is a Japanese ROMhack of Genealogy of the Holy War, created by a hacker credited as "Habana♦887.bsRoNI". The story and maps have largely been left alone in favor of major modifications the game's mechanics, adding new weapons and classes, making enemies more diverse and challenging, and generally making the game less wildly unbalanced while expanding the player's options. The changes are fairly under the hood at first, but become more and more pronounced as things wear on. Inheritance has also been changed to make pairings like Dew X Lachesis and Lex X Ira more viable and unique than before, and generally greatly reduces the need for passing down Pursuit to as many children as possible in favor of more interesting skills and weapons. Since the story has largely been left alone, I won't be touching upon the story events beyond how they affect gameplay (the hack's in Japanese anyway, so it's not like there's much to see for most of us). I'm also assuming people reading this have at least a passing familiarity with some of FE4's mechanics, as I'll largely be explaining the changes in terms of how they're different from the base game. I won't be listing growth rates, either, as no one's growths have been changed in the slightest. Also, I'm not playing for ranks or LTC here, so I'm gonna be taking a fairly leisurely pace through things and taking whatever sort of advantages I can get. Sorry if that's not what you're into, I'm just not good enough for that kind of stuff! With all that yammering out of the way, let's start the LP! Prologue Part 1: Mechanically explaining mechanics Nobody told me there was a typo in the first fucking sentence of the first fucking post and I'm ashamed for life.
  13. Lewyn: "Hi DAD!" Reptor: "what!?! impossible no one in my family is married to.... Titlyu didn't!" Lewyn: "Oh she did a lot more then just marry me,we have two lovely children, isn't that great?" Reptor: "NO! I'm putting an end to this RIGHT NOW and then I'll take Titlyu back and the kids!" Lewyn: "Gods what is with you overprotective father types and flipping within out when your daughter comes home married to a guy? Reptor: there are no words to describe how ridiculous you sound!..." Lewyn:"But father I..." Reptor: "I what? was only trying to get on my good said you can start by begging for your life and address me properly." Lewyn: "Ok Reptor of house Freege,is there anyway you can Let me and Titlyu stay together or is there no swaying you?" Reptor: "No way I'd let her stay with a man like you. Now any last words?" Lewyn: "You gotta go and I hope titlyu will forgive me for this,it just can't be avioded."
  14. Since this isn't fates exclusive (it supports FE4, FE13, and FE14) I thought posting here is more appropriate than in the Fates subforum. ANYWAY I'll just paste what I have from my Tumblr post: FIRE EMBLEM PAIRINGS OPTIMIZER tumblr post here tl;dr have a weekend project because some nerd (cough) wanted to implement some search algos with FE and this happened praise github I'm thinking of adding randomized pairings and customized sets at some point
  15. Hello, I'd like to share with you with some stuff from my FEXP fangame. I make with help of my good friend Lord Wolfram. Story: The story is about Arclite Alterion, son of the well known warlord. One day his father vanished without a trace and his castle was taken over by coup d'etat. Arclite, alongside knight commander, his subordinates and good childhood friend, escapes from his father's former territory. And from that part the young boy with remains of the fallen kingdom are wandering around the land, gathering the troops to face the force which took over his home. [spoiler=Gameplay notes] - 3 tiers - Neutral army units like in some chapters of FE4, indifferent and non-passable by other armies - Bandits as separate army - Neutral active units, hostile to everyone except yellows - Added Master Knight class as 3rd tier for any of mounted knight class sets There is some videos and screenshots from different stages of development. [spoiler=Screenshots] [spoiler=Vids (They are veeery old)] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CVhjTLIPn4M https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-I5NrcWwGQc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BtDBTHLD7Ck https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lhDdxo9xppo Any assistance will be appreciated, if you want me to add some particular info 'bout it, i'll add it into this post.
  16. The design of the Swanchika is identical to the French Francisque double stylisée, a mythical axe used in 1940s Vichy Regime's coat of arms. Double stylisée means that a second cutting edge has been added. It is a symbol of power and punishment, as a reference to the lictores from the Roman Empire, who used to execute the sentences of the court, like death penalty and torture. The francisque was a typical weapon from the Francs, the people who founded our glorious nation, and only elite soldiers were able to wield it. There is a very famous short story in the French folklore involving Charlemagne using a francisque, called Le vase de Soissons. Check it out here: https://en.wikipedia...ase_of_Soissons The tomahawk is a weapon directly inspired from this axe, and the fasces or faisceau in french is still used in our Republic's coat of arms, the double stylisée being replaced in order to avoid the sad memories of the Vichy Regime, who collaborated with the Nazi under Maréchal Pétain's rule. This is not the first Weapon related to early Franch history, two other weapons, Durendal and Hauteclaire are from the Chanson de Roland
  17. Featuring 'Around Grandbell in 5 Seconds or Less' (linked because of the 11MB file size) https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/1k4fsadrs4n0aps/fe4map-4080b.gif I held the right button the entire time, with Y after a few seconds and then kept holding it while I held the speed throttle button, and I left the ZSNES clock on for a real-time account would have recorded a video instead but I don't have a video capturer and ZSNES's recorder doesn't record in real-time (unless you guys really WANT five minutes of scrolling) from this I learned that FE4 does not support more than a 64x64 map (which is all maps except the prologue) but I had to take a looksee for myself, as the limit goes to 4080x4080 alas! world-sized maps are still out of our grasp (unless I missed something)
  18. Well, this FE4 Editor is a very old tool from decade ago. I have searched over google, but it seems like no site host this tool anymore and it's lost in the flow of time. I also upload an old FE4 Save State Editor. So I think it's a good idea to archive them here, on Serenes Forest. FE4Edit.zip Fire Emblem 4 Save State Editor.zip
  19. We've had a couple of FE4 drafts over the last few months but for one reason or another I've never been quite happy with how things played out in the end. Dunno how other people feel about it but I think we should try to come up with a decent ruleset because the current one has a couple of flaws that should be addressed. The biggest issue I have is that Sylvia is broken - from all the drafts I've checked out on this site the player that got to pick Sylvia ended up winning [regardless of whether Sigurd was 'banned' or not]. Picking Sylvia gives you pretty much the 2nd best unit in gen 1 [with the best unit being either free for everybody or for nobody] and also the 2nd or 3rd best unit of gens [again, with the best unit being either free for everybody or for nobody]. The biggest problem though is that there's no realistic way for the other players to make up for it in any way. If you don't get Florina in a FE7 draft somebody else will still get to Fiora. Or Heath. Or Lowen/Sain/Kent. There are ways to balance it for the other players. If somebody gets Sylvia in FE4 then you can't make up for it by picking Lachesis or Ethlin or Aideen. I personally think this needs to be fixed. At one point I've tried to counterbalance it by having Deidre as a draftable unit but I'm not sure if that really worked out that well. I think it's a good idea in Sigurdless runs because Celice won't be completely broken and Deirde's usefulness is pretty limited. As long as whoever picks Deidre doesn't get Dew as well it should kinda work out ... in a run that allows Sigurd that won't be an option though. Making Sylvia a free unit [or banning her entirely] won't work either because then it'll likely just be the same situation in which whoever picks Ethlin will end up winning. So right now I'd be mostly interested in finding a way to deal with it. [banning Sylvia entirely and making Ethlin free for all players may be an option worth thinking about but idk if that's a good idea]. Any input would be appreciated.
  20. Hi! You... Probably don't know me. Long time lurker, but a huge fan of the FE series. FE4 has always been my favorite FE game since the first time I played it, and with this recent randomizer craze (which I've been completely caught up in) I've found myself wishing that there was a randomizer that worked with FE4. Of course, there isn't. But what's the next best thing? Hours of tedious manual randomizing and nightmare editing all for one run! If I was able to use the most recent randomizer, what I did would have ended up looking like something along the lines of this: Just add an option to randomize abilities and demote Sigurd, and this is basically what I did. I'll include a long-winded explanation of how I did it in a spoiler at the end, if anyone is interested. What I'm really doing right now is trying to gauge interest. If people are interested in watching some random new guy play some random FE4, then awesome, I'll do it! I already have the first castle screenshot and written up, all I'd have to do is get everything on here. Of course, if people aren't interested, then I won't go through all the extra work, and I'll just play through on my own time. I'd love to share my run while I do it, however, so I thought I'd give this a shot! PLEASE let me know if this interests you! If it does, I'll work to get a first part up ASAP! [spoiler=How I did it]So when trying to figure out how to randomize stuff, the toughest thing to figure out was growths. However, the key to doing this was a site I found. Just google "random thing picker" if you want to do one of these on your own. This site makes everything a million times easier. I decided that, due to low overall growths in the first gen, and making first gen not crazily unbalanced, that characters' growths (BEFORE holy blood) would range from 5%-90%. To calculate growth variance for each character, I simply but -30 through 30 into the random thing picker, in 5% increments. I'd roll one for each character and then add it to the character's usual total growths (again, BEFORE holy blood. Not only does this makes things easier, but it is also what nightmare shows anyway.) Once I had the character's new total growths, I'd put 5% through 90% (again, in 5% increments) into the random thing picker, and I'd start to roll growths. The important thing to keep in mind when rolling growths are the total growths of the character. If the character has 70% total growths left, and four stats to go, the highest possible growth the character could have at that point is 55% (55+5+5+5=70). So if a character couldn't have some of the higher growths at any given point, I'd simply remove the impossible options. This way, you can ensure that all 8 of their growths combined add up to their growth total. Randomizing bases wasn't terribly difficult. In nightmare, FE4 HP bases are the character's actual base HP stat. For HP, I decided to use a variance of 10. So I put -10 through 10 into the random thing picker and rolled one to use for each character's HP base. All the other bases only have variances of 3, so I only needed to put in -3 through 3 and roll one for each of a character's other stats. Since the luck base in nightmare is, again, simply the character's base luck, I always kept my roll for the luck stat on luck. However once I had rolled a -3 through 3 number for Str, Mag, Skl, Spd, Def, and Res, I put those in the random thing picker, and let it decide how to redistribute those bases. This base randomizing strategy meant bases wouldn't get randomized to a ridiculously unfair amount, but it is still different enough to make a clear difference. Classes are easy with the random thing picker, and should be self-explanatory. There are only two things that I would point out. First off I forced an early game healer and 1 thief on each generation for game-balance reasons. Second is that depending on character class, their Str or Mag growth could screw them over more than in GBA, when Str and Mag are just one stat. Because of this, if a character had more magic, I would list magic classes in the random thing picker more than once, and physical only once. For someone with similar Str and Mag growths, everything would be listed once. This means a character will be less likely to be screwed over due to having good magic but bad strength, and getting a class like Lance Knight. Finally, skills. Non-child characters in the base game can only have up to 2 personal skills. (I think this is true? People like Aira who have a third should only be due to class.) Because of this, I put 0 1 and 2 into the random thing picker and rolled a number for each character. However, to make things more interesting, I listed 0 the least and 2 the most (I believe a 2:3:5 ratio). This way most characters should have at least one wacky ability. Then I put all the abilities into the random thing picker and started rolling what personal abilities people would get. There are two things to note about the way I did this: 1. I listed Pursuit, Critical and Adept 3 times, but everything else once, since these are abilities that should have wider availability. 2. I wouldn't recommend allowing Charisma more than once per generation. I've done a run with random skills before, and if you have too much Charisma at certain points, it can mess up enemy AI. I could have randomized stuff like weapons, character holy blood, and boss classes, but as a first playthrough, I figured that this would be enough of a test. The amount of randomization already promises wacky fun anyway. EDIT: Apparently there is the beginnings of a working FE4 randomizer. I never knew. This still is quite different from that though, this'll be a new and unique take on it. Totally not trying to make myself feel better for spending hours to get something "new and unique". I still want to do this though, if there is any interest.
  21. Hello, everyone. I am currently making a patch to localize the graphics in FE4. While the current English patches are excellent when it comes to text, none of them touch the graphics and I seek to change this. At the moment the patch is still in the very early stages (in fact, it isn't even in patch form yet)(see below). I still don't know whether it will be released as a standalone or part of a translation or whatever. I really just want to upload some screens and gather your thoughts. I put the screens in spoiler tags to save space, but please bear in mind that as I add more screens from the patch they may contain actual FE4 spoilers. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated Already done: Opening/inbetween chapter map Holy blood wheel To do: Unit menu (the one that shows your characters' stats) Chapter titles Intro and title screen Currently working on: Unit menu Edit: sirmola has asked me to upload the patch. Please bear in mind that this patch is experimental and may break at any time (in other words back up your ROMs/saves beforehand). In order to use this patch you must have: A Fire Embelm 4 ROM that has been hard patched with Gharnef's Translation Patch Delta Patcher (found here) Mediafire link: http://www.mediafire.com/download/7x3jwdv8j7zehs1/fe4_gharnef_append.xdelta
  22. ...without things going wonky? I know in the GBA games it's 31, but what about the SNES ones?
  23. Is it possible to get all of the levels you need without using the arena? Has anyone done this before?
  24. Continuation of the FE4 manga will be on this thread, but please refer to the other FE4 manga thread for Holsety Scans' work for the first five volumes and first two chapters of volume six. Holsety Scans and Fala Scans are composed entirely of different people, and we therefore take no credit for the work they put into their scans/translations. All credit for their contributions goes strictly to them (I've had confusion in the past where we mistaken for also being the old team by people new to the manga). Chapters hosted on Mega. ~ Current situation as of 1/1/2023: Background progress. The remaining chapters might not be posted one at a time or over a period of time. Most likely, they will be put up in groups now. There are a few reasons for this, but our translator has actually finished everything through volume fifteen. We'll roll out chapters later on. This project is still in progress! The translation has been being worked on for a while now! We've gone through our share of long delays for releases for numerous reasons over the years and we've been backed up with cleaning, but currently the translation is going smoothly and we're in volume fourteen for translation! I know it's been literal years since we started this and we've had horribly erratic activity since we stopped being able to update monthly. It's been in the works, just quietly behind the scenes for a while. I appreciate everyone's patience more than I've felt I was able to say (especially because I've been insisting the project hasn't been dropped for goddamn years and we've essentially had nothing to show for it, hence this update to assure y'all it's still in existence and not in some otherworldly, other dimensional plane of existence). I'm currently in talks with a couple of people regarding additions to this project (avoiding specifying particulars at the moment in case we don't go through with it, but I'm hoping to expand in a sense, basically), so if there's any fruit to those I will post about those when they're confirmed! Quality updates are as before still held off until we get some newer releases up. Basically that's when I go back and edit small sections for cleaning or typesetting to make it look better and try to keep it more up to date with our current style/progress as a team. This was our very first project, so I prefer to edit some of our older work where possible to make it look better (unfortunately we're not redoing everything, so some of the oldest stuff from us is still gonna be meh... like some of volume six). That's basically our lowest priority right now. Thank youuuu so much for sticking around and letting the team know you've appreciated our work! 🙇‍♀️ ~ Note: Chapter 66 is currently unavailable. It will be re-added soon. To clarify what happened, because I had not been able to get onto the Mega account that held these files for an extended period of time, the data on the account was deleted by the website. I had these chapters on my old desktop's hard drive and I'm not sure I'll be able to manually pull those off the hard drive at this time. This may also mean in the future that another means of hosting these chapters will be necessary, as Mega will eventually delete the data on the account if I stop logging in for an extended period of time. Someday I may have reason to stop logging into the account, such as all our active projects being completed or the team being on break once the major projects are completed, and the account will be deemed inactive. I will try to eventually find another solution, but Mega is still fine at this time. When things change if they do, I'll let you guys know. ~ Note: If there is not an update date beside the chapter, it has not undergone thorough changes since the date it was released or since the dates listed in the bulk updates section. They may still be updated at a later time even if they don't have a date beside them yet. These updates are for a variety of things such as to fix the color levels, to fix the typesetting, page rotation, if there's been any translation change (which can range from something as small as an sfx to a major change, but any major changes will be noted in a new post), etc. This being the team's first collective major project, we've changed how we manage levels, typesetting, etc since we began. To keep the older chapters as up to date as possible, I eventually go through and edit them. We will not redo entire chapters, so some will still have a different look to them (such as chapter 38 - since it was our very first release, we weren't set on our styles yet but it would require redoing it over from scratch to really fix it now), but I will update them as best I can. Volume 7 and onward have not received their quality updates. This will happen at a later date. Volume six: Volume seven: Volume eight: Volume nine: Volume ten: Volume eleven: Volume twelve: Chapter 68 (Updated 10/10/2021) Chapter 69 Chapter 70 ~ JD's edits: NOTE: Some of these changes may or may not be gone due to an incident regarding Mega (as explained above). This means it's possible the versions I have available at this time uploaded here (as I cannot currently access the files on my old desktop - I'm not sure if this will change, but I still have the hard drive in case I work something out) are not the final versions. Please inform me if chapters are missing any pages! Text positioning/size and minor grammar error edits were done to volume six on 12/21/15. Major edits done for volumes six through nine (chapter 53) on 9/2/2016. Chapters 38-40 edited (date unknown). Major leveling and typesetting edits will be done to all volumes where needed later on. ~ Other information: Current team members are: Jugdral Defender (scanner, cleaner, typesetter), ChildofDain (cleaner/redrawer), kitsudori (cleaner/redrawer), PatMagroyn (cleaner/redrawer), S3RAPH (cleaner/redrawer), and LeifOfLeonsterTranslations (translator). Please note we are always accepting new cleaners! You'll probably notice some blurry edge lines. That's because I did not (and will not) debind my books. We do our best to make it look nice without working with separated pages. Volumes one through six are also very thick volumes, so spine blurs will not be quite so defined as of volume seven and onward. Lastly, please feel free to notify us of any errors (typos, possible missed words, etc.). We'll fix them as soon as possible after hearing about them. Enjoy your share of FE4 pain and all the pain to come!
  25. I am not privy of all the plot details in the Geneology saga nor have I played the games, but I have read and love the plot, especially its take on, shall we say, "realism". But one thing that boggles me is how Quan's Lance Ritter managed to stave off the Thracian wyverns for years. They are not even bow knights or anything that can shoot down the wyverns and the Thracians could like just fly over without any problems. Is there any explanation in supplamental materials?
