Warning that there are some spoilers for Engage in this. So, I'm still not done with writing the first chapter. But basically, the premise of the story is that after chapter 24 of Engage, Past Alear is transported to Awakening. This is a year or two before Chrom discovers Robin. And the kindness of Emmeryn is something that Alear latches onto rather quickly. In turn Emmeryn practically adopts Alear. Weirdly enough while Alear views Emmeryn like one would a mother, she views Chrom and Lissa like her siblings. The way the story is written is through supports, different characters, snippets, and once and a while Alear herself. Currently I'm still planning the first chapter. and I'm not sure if I'll be jumping around or not. But this was just because this wouldn't leave my mind no matter what I did. (Emblem Marth does come up as well though he's silent because of this being Fell!Alear) But I do hope you guys enjoy a brief snippet which will takes place in the future. And I would love to know what you guys would like to see. As for the pairing, ironically, I'm thinking Tiki x Alear but I might do Robin x Alear maybe. I will say that Fell!Robin has an unhealthy obsession with Alear because of what she is. And the pairing for the other characters haven't been decided yet though I'll take some suggestions. I think Sumia and Sully will be one, only because that the first pairing I did with the gay Awakening mod. But anyways here a preview. (Note this is still a rough draft, but I'm working on it.) Preview Falling, falling, falling to the ground. Alear could only watch as Emmeryn falls. Only watch as Emmeryn's blood runs onto the stone. Everything around her was muted. Maybe her father was right; maybe she was defective. It was the first time she had felt this emotion. She had felt sadness, muted though it was like her other emotions. She had felt it when her cocky older brother was drowned, when her kind older sister was burned alive. She had felt it immensely when her little brother and sister had been torn apart by the Corrupted. It was a feeling she felt when all her siblings were killed. Alear had also felt fear. Fear had been a constant in her life. Fear of being labeled a defect. Fear of disappointing her father. Fear of being killed, of being murdered by the Corrupted. It was only recently that Alear felt anything other than those two emotions. Only recently that she had felt happiness. Happiness from Emmeryn being kind and taken care of her. Happiness when training with Chrom or dealing with some of his antics. Happiness when she joined Lissa in some of her pranks. They treated her like family. Emmeryn had practically adopted her two years ago, and Alear looked up to her like she was her mother. Those two years were the happiest that she had ever been. Now though, Alear felt a new emotion. It bubbled and boiled under her skin. It twisted her insides up and spread through her body like fire or sickness. It was a feeling Alear didn't care for, but she still embraced it. It grew and grew as if it would rip out of her chest. "Ah," Alear did know this feeling. She had seen it on some of her siblings faces when they stared at father, seen it on the faces of the enemies she had cut down in the war. Chrom was in front of her now saying something she couldn't hear. She could only focus on Emmeryn's body. It was Robin who led Chrom to safety. Later on, Alear would be glad, she wouldn't know what to do if Chrom got hurt or worst killed as well. This feeling was festering. It was almost painful like an infected wound. She knew the feeling from having seen it on others. It was rage; a burning hot mass that seemed to consume her thoughts. Rage and hatred. It was Plegia that had killed Emmeryn. Plegia that had caused her to suffer. It was Gangrel who instigated this whole thing. Took Emmeryn from her. Hate. Hate. Hate. It was a never-ending all-consuming thought. It took her mind over, twisting it. Something had broken inside of Alear. Finally, she let out a scream. A blood curdling scream. A scream that was more animal than it was Human. In a flash of light, Alear was gone. In her place was a dragon. A fell dragon. Black scales gleamed in the light of the desert sun. The dragon's four eyes glowed a scarlet red. When it spread its four wings, those who saw it were remind of a bloody battlefield. End of Preview That's all I have for the preview. I'll work a bit more on this, but it's pretty much a side project. This does change Chapter 10 and 11 of Awakening, as Plegia was pretty much destroyed by Alear. Chrom also has to deal with refugees from Plegia and other kingdoms and countries blaming Ylisse for the destruction of Plegia. This also bring Alear to the attention of Grima and Naga. And Walhart takes an interest in her as well. So, a lot of things change with the destruction of Plegia. Some are good and some are bad. But again I would love to know what you guys would like to see for this.

I tried a run where i reclassed instantly robin as myrmidon, and if you want my opinion, it wasnt that bad! He is still a myrmidon, im planning on making him a sword master. Tell me what you think! (and maybe let him marry WHO and WHY) DONT SAY TO ME TO CHANGE CLASS XD

Since I do think there's definitely someone in Serenes Forest might have ideal Brave Alt Outfits for Choose Your Legends Round 6 and so on after Choose Your Legends Round 5 was been revealed a while ago. I was thinking of doing an ideal Future Brave Alts Outfit Thread to come up with any characters that could win the future Choose Your Legends Rounds after Round 5. I had some ideas in my head I was thinking of like: Chrom - He might wear a similar outfit like his elder sister, Emmeryn. Maybe a Sage Outfit. (It be similar to like Eirika wearing a similar outfit to her twin brother, Emphriam) Seliph - He might wear either an outfit that is similar to his father Sigurd's or could wear a Sage Outfit like his mother Deidre had. Elincia - She might wear a similar outfit to her uncle Renning. Might go with a Cavalry Unit. Innes - I did watched the Edwardo's video that have Eirika dressing up and acting as Emphriam. I was thinking of what it be looked like he wears a similar outfit to his sister Tana. But, I do think realistically he might going to wear a similar outfit like his father Hayden. Caeda - I could see she could wear a similar outfit to Marth's, but she could use a rapier instead of a Falchion since she doesn't have the blood to wield the Falchion. Byleth - I could see the male version (or female version) could wear similar to Jeralt's and be a Cavalry Unit or could wear a similar outfit like his/her mother. Lilina - I could see she would might wear a similar armor like her father Hector, I definitely think this would might be off that I think it would be risky wielding of Armads. I think Hector did said he wanted a son to wield the Armads before Lilina was born back then. Yuri - I definitely think he could wear his Trickster Outfit or an outfit similar to his ancestor. Bernadetta - I think she could use her Time Skip attire similar to all the House Leaders and Lysithea had. Just post your ideal Future Brave Alt Outfits to show what is your thoughts on the future possible CYL Winners might wear.

How is Donnel bad? He can learn skills such as Armsthrift, Sol, Counter, and Aptitude and the main excuse is "he is too hard to train" but his growth rates are superior to any other character and it isn't even an Est situation because you get him very early. Proof that Donnel has better growths than Chrom. Here is the photo. Some might be mad that I made him a merc instead of a villager but that is what he will be for most of the game.

Chrom, Knight Exalt "Don't worry. I took a lesson on mounted combat a few years ago." This is the four version of Chrom we've had in the game, and probably the most powerful version of him yet in terms of offensive capabilities. Stat-wise he is pretty much a better version of regular Chrom with same Atk, more Spd, Def and Res, but it's all done by stealing from Chrom's HP, as he only has 41 HP now making him a mediocre Panic Ploy user. The other key difference is that now Chrom is on a horse so he also has more mobility and can run Horse Emblem buffs to bolster his offensive performance, and improve upon his tankiness. Due to his new stat spread Chrom can be built in so many ways, but I'll try to mention the ones that are the most unique and distinguishable, and I'll categorize them as well. Level 40 Stats: HP: 37/41/44 Atk: 34/37/40 Spd: 24/28/31 Def: 31/34/37 Res: 13/17/20 BST: 156~157 Skills: Weapon: Silver Sword > Sealed Falchion Assist: - Special: Luna > Aether A: Fury 3 B: Chill Def 3 C: Sword Valor 3 Movement: Cavalry - Horse Emblem Buffs. Chrom, Gifted Leader "Lissa made me wear this." Chrom sports the highest Atk stat potential in the game along with Effie. He is an armored, and gifted boy who has great mixed bulk all at the sacrifice of Spd. He's practically like an Axe version of Effie, but with better distributed stats for being a tanky and hard-hitting unit. I believe the best lord in my opinion is Lucina, and Kris is the worst. (I counted the avatars as Lords, because they are relevant to the story and they can't die, or you lose.) Image Below indicates my favorite and least favorite lords.

I don't see anyone mentioned about testing the Chrom and Tiki amiibo that were released alongside with Fire Emblem Warrirors to Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. But, did anyone own the Chrom and Tiki amiibo and tested to see if those two amiibos can be summoned as monsters or illusory units or did Intelligent Systems managed to make an actual illusory models of Chrom and Tiki from one of the patches that we got that was fixing the mistakes for the Cipher DLC or got hidden in the game data. I do know that CodeName: S.T.E.A.M. and Fire Emblem Fates doesn't have the Roy and Corrin amiibo accessible in the game due to we haven't a single patch for Fates nor the developers didn't managed to make a new patch for CodeName: S.T.E.A.M. to add Roy nor Corrin as well. But, with Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, any Fire Emblem characters amiibos along with Alm and Celica amiibos can be summoned as one of the legendary heroes that we know in their Illusory form along with the other non-Fire Emblem amiibos can be summoned as monsters or any generic units.

Hey guys, I need to discuss this build, and also need your opinion because it's a big investment for me. I love Chrom, and well .. for a 5* CHROM, you usually prefer a +ATK -SPD and build BRAVE SWORD+. But .. when we are talking about a fully merged one, maybe it's not the case. Let me point this out. A 5* +ATK and -SPD suffers a lot. It gets DOUBLED everytime. It has 26 SPD. I'm thinking about making my +SPD -DEF the +10 one. Because, if I leave it with Falchion, and give it LD3, it will be a monster: HP 51 ATK 60 SPD 38 DEF 27 RES 16 What do you think?

Some highlights: As previously surmised, M!Robin and F!Robin's combat intro are exactly the same. M!Robin shows off his C5, but the finisher is actually different this time. Instead of a big lightning ball, he conjures pillars of light to strike the ground instead. Though, it could be his C6. Frederick's Axe glows with a green light during his finishing blow in his Musou ttack. Due to that, it's highly likely that his element is Wind. Robin's critical hit is shown during Female Robin's segment: lots of fire explosions before a flare of light. What appears to be Lissa's Awakening Musou is shown. So... for known elemental users: Fire: Camilla Thunder: Chrom, Lissa, Lucina, Ryoma Wind: Frederick, Takumi Light: Rowan, Lianna, Marth, Cordelia, Hinoka Dark: Corrin, Xander All: Robin, Leo, Elise EDIT: Added Ryoma to the known elemental users list. The pillars of light that Robin does is also most likely his C6.

Basically, this. When I got Awakening I pronounced it "Fall-key-on", but Rey in his LP of the game pronounced it as "Fall-shee-on". In Japanese it's "Farushion", but things get adapted, so... "Fall-shee-on" feel so weird to me, but I actually believe it's the right one. I thought it had to do with birds (an adaptation of "falcon", of course), but it's probably wrong as it's linked to dragons instead.

So I'm thinking of going and doing a hard mode run of FEA and would like to know if there are some basic tips that should help me get through without anyone dying. The plan is to try and actually finish the game on hard mode, although I am not too sure where to start. I would assume that this would be more than a significant challenge for me (I'm not that great at Fire Emblem in general) so practical help would be appreciated greatly. I would assume that this is the point where it would be pointless to pick up Donnel, even though it is tempting to get Donnel!Kjelle.

Well it looks like I did a stupid thing and deleted my current playthrough (I was up to chapter 21 D:) so I figured that with all the fun and games of trying to start again, I would rather happily share this run with everyone. Sadly I don't have a lot of pictures, so I am afraid that I will have to bore you all with walls of text. If of course you are interested in seeing me scrape through Normal/Casual mode to improve my game playing ability. [spoiler=Meet the game Avatar]Alrighty then, since I am going to attempt to do this properly, I will introduce you all to my avatar for this playthrough, Chloey (*cough*who will become OP really quickly if I have my way*cough*): Don't ask for more pictures because seriously this is all I have. So if you want your own "Chloey", here is the details and build that you will need. Of course you can do whatever you like but if you want the closest you will need to follow the build below: Build: 02 Face: 04 Hair: 02 Hair Colour: 17 Voice: Female 1 Birthday: Err totally obvious :/ Oct 19th Asset: Def (To cover Chrom's lack there of defense caps for Lucina so that she gets a whopping +4 def and +2 res) Flaw: Luck (Although if you want my first ever playthrough OG Chloey Magic is the flaw here ) So now that we have the details all said and done now to the actual fun! D: What have I gotten myself into?! Heh, I hope you all know that I jest and the japes are going to flow as best as I can make them work [spoiler=The Goal]So I know that a lot of people do challenge runs on Hard Mode, but I wanted to do something different. The plain and simple goal here is to go without any units falling, whether due to them not being strong enough to take hits or getting into enemies that will lead to their deaths. Not an easy goal I can tell you! Help is going to be much appreciated. ETA: Also this goal is so that I can go to casual without feeling guilty about my tactics not working. Seriously. I have never cleared the game on normal/casual without losing units. If I do this right then we might see a normal classic run in the future. Ok, now that is all out of the way onto the playthrough itself... [spoiler=Premonition/Tutorial Chapter...:XD:]We open to the all important battle cutscene. Why is this important you ask? Well I guess it gives us three of the game's characters duking it out in a fight, although why they are fighting is initially unclear. We leave the cutscene to two characters standing together on what looks like the corner of the map...Oh boy this does not look good to me. Chrom is the first to start speaking. Is it really the final battle already? Also why are we fighting? Can someone please clarify why. Oh right, it seems that we are rebelling against some "Destiny". Oh ok well that makes some sense now...er not :/ also why do we have to kill someone? Chrom? Slide guides appear and oh, we need to move closer to the guy in the middle of the map? Ok Chrom whatever you say. The thing I find I don't like is the creepy music. Since I am past the tutorial and can pass it on any difficulty, I should be fine here and not lose the two characters. Firstly though I will have to switch off the slide guides. That done I change the interface to show stats and low and behold I can now see Chrom's stats in their full glory. Looking at the map I can't see the rest of the shepherds so I am assuming that they are all dead and Lucina and the others are in Ylisse or that there will be someone who gives her the falchion. I hover over mr Sorcerer and find out that his name is Validar. He has an attack of 34. Great. Chrom has 14 res. This is not going to end well unless...Oh right Chloey's 17 res should be useful, but we'll see. Pairing Chrom up with Chloey ort to do the trick. Chrom gives Chloey the following bonuses: +2 Str +0 Mag +1 Skill +4 Spd +4 Lck +2 Def +1 Res and lastsly +0 Mov. I switch Chloey with Chrom and Chloey gives Chrom an astounding +2 Str +2 Mag +3 Skill +3 Speed +1 Lck +1 Def +1 res and +0 Move (who is giving the most in this pair up? Chloey obviously. No wonder she turns into Grima with those sort of bonuses being ignored by Chrom A jest that I might just have fun with comparing later with their support bonuses that we get later in the game ) With is in mind, Validar will now do 19 damage? I am not sure. Chloey however allows Chrom a dual strike so I might as well use it! Validar says that we are fools trying to fight destiny and Chrom attacks and kills Validar taking a total of 19 damage. Too bad that Chrom didn't Crit Validar. That would have been fun to watch. Plus the idea of Chrom 1 shotting ol' Val seems like a good idea! Not bad for the tutorial run, but there wasn't a lot that I could do. We end with the most infamous cutscene and now we're onto chapter 1. Ugh I am so not looking forward to the fun that is to be had when we get to Invisible Ties D: really I am not. I do not want to see myself "killing" Chrom. really I don't. ETA:Due to some very helpful advice we now have pictures I am so going to have fun now!!

What is your favorite critical quote? Please only talk about the Awakening critical quotes considering Fates hasn't come out yet. I'd have to say mine is between "Errr...Rage!" and "Checkmate!"

Hello! It's my first time posting (I usually lurk) and I recently made some Fire Emblem Awakening Plushies for my etsy store. I made Chrom and Lucina (and have a half finished Chrom!Morgan and Robin) and am interested to see other people's creations! Who are your favourite characters you'd want to see in plushie form? I think from Fates I'd like to maybe make a Keaton in the future, though I suppose his ears and tail would pose a challenge at first!

What if the Pegasus knight class wasn't gender locked but instead avaliable to certain characters (Chrom, Robin {M + F}, Donnel, Gaius, Maribelle, Lissa, Emmeryn, Cordelia, Aversa, Sumia and street pass characters/bonus map characters)? How would that change skill sets (if at all)?

Bayonetta, understandable. She has had a game on Wii U. Cloud, not really a Nintendo character, but Final Fantasy did get its start on the NES. But who the FUCK asked for Corrin? Some nigga who can transform into a weird Arceus/Dialga fusion and has an annoying voice? DIDN'T SMASH HAVE ENOUGH FE CHARACTERS?! On top of that, why couldn't we have Caeda, or Chrom, or fucking Lyn?! CORRIN?! No! The three characters would make sense because: Caeda: Marth's wife Chrom: The real FE13 protagonist whose daughter is getting assraped by Nintendo Lyn: The first Lord you got to play as in FE7, the first worldwide FE game. But no. Dragon Marth. I see how it is, Nintendo...
