Jyosua Posted August 12, 2009 Share Posted August 12, 2009 When I upgraded the forum, I originally intended to use the tracker system that came with IPB 3.0.x, however as it turns out, this will not suit our needs, so we've decided to wait until the ticket system being developed here is finished. It's basically an upgraded version of the ticket system we had before we upgraded. He's stated it's almost ready to be released, however, right now the developer is on vacation until the 22nd, so I'm not certain if he's working on it at all until then. So it may be a while before the ticket system is up and running again. That said, please redirect all questions, suggestions, and bugs to the PM system. Thanks!
