(This is stupid because they don't even show Build in the stats anymore) I used this on Ike when he was a Vanguard, it appears to have made him slower. He only got one hit on the black knight in the endgame battle against him, and he was like level 17. I remember when I played it before he was level 10ish and he got 2 hits. What's with that? VincentASM Posted June 10, 2008 Share Posted June 10, 2008 Nope, Build doesn't affect Attack Speed at all in this game. Your Level 17 Ike was probably just a little slower than usual. Thanks :) yeah I guess that was it, it was just odd. if I get a chance, I'll try to figure out what his speed was and post it here.
