Like in Claude's POV, he gets certain encounters the others don't, the Almyran will definitely be Claude specific. I could easily see Randolph getting crushed only in Dimitri's route. Different outcomes is pretty definitive. If it is exaggerated, I would expect it only to be exaggerated only in that only the ending varies, with the rest being perspectives of the same story.
