First to deal with Morva (but you can just use Sacred Twins), second to deal with Dracozombies (again, you can just Garm them) and last to deal with final boss. On other cases it would be pretty useless skill (all other monster enemies are joke), while Anima has more mt, and it's cheaper. Bishop will be able to chip in, have an enemy phase, build light rank (Purge is nice to have in C18 and you might use it in other places because Moulder's warp range leaves a lot to be desired so you might be tempted to do some fighting) and gain kill experience at an accelerated rate, adding more points of magic to his warp range in addition to Bishop's +2 on promo. Earliest promotion is the way to go for Moulder because unpromoted priests and clerics take forever to level-up when not using Warp staves / grinding on purpose.
