FionordeQuester
I was a little concerned about Marth's base stats, what with being the Lord and all, so I tried to compensate for them by giving him as many kills as possible. I am now at Chapter 10, and here are my levels... Marth: Level 26 Shiida: Level 11 Oguma: Level 10 Barth: Level 10 Merric: Level 10 Lena: Level 10 Hardin: Level 9 Wendell: Level 3 Bantu: Level 1 Wyrs: Level 10 Julian: Level 3 Jeorge: Level 1 I'm wondering whether Marth is a little high... eclipse
In which case, no clue. I'm not touching that difficulty with a ten-foot pole.
Scarlet
Considering that my Marth never reaches a level beyond 13 in the entire game in any of my playthroughs on any difficulty level, I'm tempted to say that your Marth is overleveled. A ton.
Parrhesia
26 is the equivalent of level 11 promoted. Yes, there is a distinct possibility.
General Horace
I didn't even know that was possible without the arena... And I don't think my Marth has ever reached level 15 on a mode other than normal. Edited March 11, 2011 by General_Horace
FionordeQuester
It is possible if you fight all of the reinforcements in the Chapters, which I did. In which case, no clue. I'm not touching that difficulty with a ten-foot pole. Really? It's not THAT bad, is it? A lot of the difficulty is cheapened by forges, reclassing, and the Warp Staves. Being forced to use the Warp staff doesn't appeal to me (and neither does getting really lucky).
FionordeQuester
You're not "forced" to use the Warp Staff. I've done this game before with minimal usage of it. As for luck, that really only happens for the Chapter 2 and 3 bosses. After that, the game gets much easier (with occasional jumps in difficulty). Junkhead
Why do you even ask such a trivial question?
Paperblade
Why do you even ask such a trivial question? Seriously. the answer is no
Dr. Tarrasque
He's overleveled. Personally I focus more on any unit on my team that isn't Marth and able to promote while Marth's levels come from finishing off enemies with a Forged Rapier around chapters 17-20. Rodykitty
Being forced to use the Warp staff doesn't appeal to me (and neither does getting really lucky). H5 mode is completely possible without Warp (and without Zagaro & Wolf). It's just that most people give up, use either, then proclaim how easy the mode is.
