If somebody else said what you want to already, quote them explicitly. +/- ≤1 point extra regarding personality/appearance is encouraged, but no more. If you exercise your bias privileges, please do so explicitly. Also, if your vote is already a 10/10 or greater than 9 and you give a full point of bias, The score may not exceed 10! - Numerical votes out of 10, or something proportional to it. Make it easy to calculate for my sake. - Each ranking phase ends from 2100 to 2200 EST. 13th May start the topic again but i am not sure. Do the math if you are in another timezone! - I will insist you do not use the "Not X" reason on any character, where X is another unit. If you do, your vote will be thrown out. - "Recruits X" or "takes you to X chapter" arguments are explicitly banned. C'mon, people, this shouldn't need to be a rule. That's not gameplay performance. - Assume that the character in question is being recruited. - Similar to the "Recruits X" rule, do not use "He Comes with a Free Ridersbane" as an argument. - I withhold the privilege to tell you your rating is bogus and demand you revise it if it breaks any of the above. Imagine Cain or Abel at a higher level with B lances, 1 res and a slightly lower strength growth. 8.5/10, a dependable unit, good if the big two died or you want three horsies (and why not). I'd love to rate him 10/10, but I honestly can't rate him higher than Cain/Abel. Silver Lance capability is just awesome. Sure Jagen can do that too, but this guy has actual growths for a change. General Horace Posted May 3, 2012 Share Posted May 3, 2012 Vyland has a bad strength base and bad strength growth whereas Hardin has a great strength base and a bad strength growth, and Hardin gets an additional +1 Power from B lances, meaning his base strength is like... Vyland at level 15. Anyway, Hardin has a passable sword rank, a very good Lance rank, and solid bases everywhere. His HP growth is awful though, which hurts his durability in the long run when compared to CainAbel. His offence is right on par for the whole game though. 8 + 1 bias = 9/10. Gryz Posted May 4, 2012 Share Posted May 4, 2012 Unlike the 3 other Cavaliers dumped on the player in chapters 4-5, Hardin does not need to go Curate -> Sniper to be useful! But yeah, that B-rank in Lances is much appreciated. Not just for Silver Lance access, but for also slapping +5 hit on Javelins and the Ridersbane since these weapons like to betray me at the worst possible times.
