Zera
What is the best game you've played this year? And to keep things extra spicy, games released in 2015 are off the table. I need some time to think, because I honestly can't remember what I was playing in January. [spoiler=THE TALLY] Super Smash Bros. 4 (Draegan, Dole Orange Juice, Blue Leafeon) Super Smash Bros. of no specification (Comet) Xenoblade Chronicles (Doofina, Freyjadour, Radiant Head) Xenogears (Shezzae) Guild Wars 2 (Integrity) Fire Emblem (MCProductions) Grand Theft Auto 5 (Disinnocence) Super Mario 64 (NinjaMonkey, Power Master) Guilty Gear Xrd or Demon's Souls (Ambling Falchion) Dark Messiah of Might & Magic (Tryhard) Suikoden 5 (Topazd) Terraria (Blyvern) A Link Between Worlds or Golden Sun (Irony) Freedom Planet (Bright Bow) Fallout 3 (Lord Braixen) Update: Voting for Smash Bros. is basically cheating. If you voted for Smash, you can also pick something else. Edited December 27, 2015 by Zera

MCProductions
Either FE7 or Awakening, because while I prefer FE7 as a game, even if only slightly, I play Awakening way more.
Disinnocence
I'm gonna have to say GTA V, or at least GTA Online, but let's just say GTA V. I've invested quiet a bit of time into this game this year. Can we please have that story DLC that you promised us now, Rockstar? PLEASE? EDIT: I just wanted to add Transistor as an honorable mention. The soundtrack and art style in that game is lovely. Knight Falchion
Guilty Gear Xrd or Demon's Souls.
Tryhard
Dark Messiah of Might & Magic. Kicking Simulator 2006 is very fun, though short. Hand in hand with Dishonored since I was playing Arkane's games. Edited December 27, 2015 by Tryhard
Topazd
Suikoden 5, if memory serves.
Alex95
Super Mario 64. This gets my nostalgia vote, but otherwise... No, it gets my real vote, too. :)
Comet
fox only, no items, no fun, no fingers after we're done, final destination

Radiant head
Xenoblade Chronicles for Wii Yep, hard to beat Xenoblade as far as this year goes. Edited December 27, 2015 by Radiant head
blyegg
Terraria. I've invested so much time playing that with friends/cousin @.@. Although ToSc is a close second, as I've been replaying that since earlier this week. finally getting a steam account has opened up countless possibilities for gaming next year for me, though
Irony
A Link Between Worlds or Golden Sun.
BrightBow
Freedom Planet Just let me pull this over here: Definitely one of my favorite games of all time. An amazing platformer. Incredible variety in terms of level design, beautiful visuals, an amazing soundtrack, several fundamentally different characters to play as and the best pacing I've ever seen in a video game. The game just keeps getting better and better with every level, culminating in facing against my favorite final boss ever. I just can't gush enough about this game.
