I was just trying to get through it the first time, and i didn't reload no matter who died on me. And since i played radiant dawn first i expected some people to be stronger then they turned out to be. I'm doing a bit better on my current playthrough (though i still have heavy losses).

In my current playthrough (though i did give her a fair amount of BEXP) Meg just slaughter about a third of the units in mission 4-2 (i think that's it, the first one as Tibarn's group in part 4) and took almost no damage, so really it's just a matter of wether or not you choose to make her usable in my opinion.

I just recently beat the game for the first time, and my top five were: 5.Bastian 4.Ena 3.Tanith 2.Lethe 1.Ike unfortunatley, everyone but these 5 and Elincia got killed.
