I personally go to sleep at 1-2am, and wake up at 6:30am for school
On weekends, I sleep at like 4am and wake up 9:30am
Thing is, I've been sleeping at 1am+ for the past year-ish now, and my body seems used to it
If you really want to work at getting some sleep though, I suppose you can take a hot shower before going to bed. That helps me out sometimes
However, I personally find that I can't just "force" myself to sleep. I actually need to be tired in order to sleep, and I don't get tierd until about 1am nowadays
