    I seem to recall brawl revealing everyone especially the newcomers (and R.O.B was even leaked) (and that logic goes against Metaknight as well)

    All secret characters were officially revealed after release. There were some accidental leaks like Lucario and Jigglypuff in one of the japanese smash bros trailer which was taken down a few hours later after being up on the official website and reuploaded without Lucario and jigglypuff being in there. It was in the sticker book demonstration.

    Which version of SSB4 are you getting?

    At first I was planning to just get the 3DS version until I had more than one reason to buy a Wii U, but as more stuff is shown I'm starting to want the Wii U version more. And I'm also worried about the 3DS buttons getting wiped out after a while. I don't have a Wii U and doubt I'll be able to get one this year so depending when the game comes out I might have to wait a while. :/

    not only that, I always feel handheld control pads are a bit fragile compared to the console's control sticks.

    Maybe, we really have no idea. Everyone expected Diddy and Dixie for the Direct because of DK Tropical Freeze's release, yet that didn't happen. We got a newcomer in Little Mac instead.

    EDIT: We've had stages that didn't have any corresponding playable characters. Animal Crossing had a stage in Brawl, but no characters, and I remember this one other stage that was in the same boat, but I can't recall its name.

    well pictochat, electroplanktons but they are exceptions.

    I really don't think Ike will be cut. His fighting style in Brawl is much more different compared to Ike and I simply think Sakurai just won't include a new Fire Emblem representative, especially when you consider what Chrom can bring new to the series (given he is popular, but so is Ike). Would people want Chrom now or prefer to wait for another Fire Emblem lord, whether a completely new one that's unique or a remake of an old game such as FE4/6/7 that updates the characters.

    It will be weird having no playable awakening characters considering Arena Ferox is in the 3DS game but that's just me.

    Hi there, I'm kingddd as you may have already seen my username.

    I am not very good with intros and I'm a bit shy about what I usually post. So...about me, I was born in Hong Kong and moved to Canada at the age of 4. I am currently in University right now doing a Computer Science, Software Systems Major and I have done about 13 months of internship working with two different Computer Software Mining companies as a Software and QA developer and currently finishing up my last internship of my university career.

    As for my interests, I like to read, browse and collect figures. I have a few collections here and there. I also like making videos as you can see from my youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/kingddd

    I got into video games when I was 2 years old when my mother and father had the original NES and ever since then, I've been playing video games none stop and have always been interested in how people created these technological marvels. I have played the NES, SNES, N64, GCN, Wii and currently have the Wii U and all the gameboy/DS/3DS systems so I've been pretty addicted lol. My favourite game of all time is Super Mario Galaxy.

    I started playing Fire Emblem back in 2003 with the 7th game and played a bit of 9 back in 2005 but only a few chapters into the game. Unfortunately my interest for the series kind of died off from there until Awakening. It reinvigorated my interest and I want to complete the games that I have missed for the last 10 years. I am currently replaying FE6 still not very far though but I am hoping to complete it soon. This site has helped me with a lot of information on the games and I would like thank you guys for dedicating your time making it all happen.

    It's great to meet others who have similar interests and I hope I will get to know you guys more.
