    On my first PT no one died. But i had to re-do the mission where you get Nasir and Gareth 'cus the Game Guide says that one of them has to die...LIE! You can get both...and I killed one but re did the chapter =D

    Give Tiki the Falchion and kill her, than in capter 25 use the Aum staff on her, and you'll have the Strong version of Falchion, Nagi and Tiki...I found this out after i passed the 24th mission...
