Do aura effects like battle command and distinguished son work as a guard unit? Does it affect the lead unit? -

Can Nosferatu be used by Dark Knights?

I'm trying to figure out how to make siegbert decent so I've been messing around with Belka!Siegbert. We know that Hinoka!Matoi ends up passing down the Lancer class to Matoi because of the overlapping pegasus knight, but would Siegbert inherit Fighter through Belka!Siegbert because of the overlap of wyvern rider despite it being a secondary?

Favorite support convos so far? (Spoilers)
zoned out replied to Abysswalker25's topic in Fire Emblem Fates
So far Ignis has not disappointed. Ignis/Soleil has been my favorite of his. The S-Rank felt really natural and was really cute. -
No, I don't have the game just word of mouth on /feg/. I asked this question a couple days ago here https://archive.moe/vg/thread/108163627/#108168974. The two anons that replied claimed that they worked that way. No photo evidence, but it seemed reasonable. Though I probably shouldn't have answered like it was a fact, my bad!

No, she would get the Cavalier line instead. Marriage Seals work off the base class of both units. If they share the same base (Lazward/Luna) they will exchange their secondary class.

Sorry for the confusion. Anything below and left of the yellow cells with the unit's name is who they can support with. Green cells mean they can support. Example: Oboro has no supports to the left and has four supports below. Saizou has one support to the left and 3 supports below. it's not reciprocal. Lutz could A+ to Ignis while Ignis can A+ to Grey.

Theres nothing wrong with playing it safe. Glad to help!

I forgot about taking into account Bowman skills that weren't bowfaire. Battle Command seems like a decent aura effect that could help the meat shields take more hits, and Prescient Victory would help on the damage output, thanks! https://mega.co.nz/#!GY5V0YxC!MczehmMBXjD3zFgAlzH21fcsLISn7DfTFENjEMCdJK4 Here you go. I just ran through the support text dump and assumed if they could support that they could A+ support. Credit goes to squkyshoes for the layout and 1st gen pairings. Also 2nd gen pairings are a little sloppy since it was the first one I did before trying to adopt the other layout.

I really like that new 1-2 range magic bow so I tried build a 2nd gen around it. Sakura x Elise (Rod Knight skills) Tsukuyomi x Benoit (Knight skills) Sakura!Syalla @ War Priestess x (S) Kisaragi x (A+) Ophelia -Bowfaire -Breaking Sky/Vengeance -Servant's Joy (Sakura's inheritance) ? -Flamboyant -Pavise (Tsukuyomi inheritance) ? STR 1 MAG 4 SKL -1 SPD 4 LCK 2 DEF -1 RES 0 Switches between physical bows and magical bows depending on which stat is higher on the enemy. It feels like a Bride imo. I'm not too sure about Servan'ts Joy, just thought it would go nice with the healing part of the class. Sakura could pass Pegaus skills instead, but I'm not sure which one. Since the shining bow has -20 Avoid and 70 Hit, I thought that since it seems that she will getting hit often that Flamboyant/Pavise could help mitigate the damage and help hit. She also has both counters available, so maybe that could be good in PvP. Sakura x Elise and Saylla x Ophelia so they can have TF and Tsukuyomi x Benoit so Benoit can pass Flamboyant to Ignis. Any suggestions on some better skill options?

So the kids that have the same base class as the father will inherit his secondary class. Kids that have a new class will inherit the father's base class. Normally, mothers pass down their base class, but if there is an overlap then they will instead pass down their secondary. So all kids should have three classes by default. Thanks so much for this information! Makes you wonder if marriage seals between pairs with the same base (Hinoka/Subaki) would exchange their secondaries as well.

Some other anon posted his child with Nyx and Kanna had Dark Princess as default with Lancer (his secondary) and Dark Mage (Nyx's base). http://i.4cdn.org/vg/1435721167941.jpg I don't know japanese but the icon its on is obviously the lancer. Wiki says Dark Mage is ダークメイジ, so it matches up with what the anon said. Femui!Midoriko only had Herb Merchant, Dark Princess, and Ninja. Maybe the anon had his secondary class set to Herb Merchant or Ninja so Midoriko got stuck with three. Maybe some pairings don't allow Kamui to pass down their secondary class. I want to say that Whitelock's Foleo should have four classes. Dark Knight and Rod Knight from Leon and D, Princess and her secondary from Femui, If she doesn't pass down her secondary, then I'd say that children that have two classes like Leo and Midoriko can't inherit Kamui's secondary. EDIT: Just realized that ダークメイジ doesn't match up with the picture. Looks like the wiki just ran dark mage through google translate and put it up as that. Regardless of that, she has Kunai Breaker which she inherited from Nyx.

https://data.archive.moe/board/vg/image/1435/66/1435665117659.jpg Heres a Femui mothered Midoriko using a parallel seal. It looks like the options are Dark Princess and Ninja. EDIT: Azz01 is totally right though about some kids having three base classes. Lutz and Shinonome look like they also might have three.

Do units in this game have faster support growth with specific units like Chrom and Sumia? -
The mechanics of the game is what really interests me, so I'm looking forward to it. Thanks for the work you've done.

Do we have a list of translated personal skills or is it still a wip?

Will You Play the Game Using the Opposite Gender?

I've decided to roll female first since I find it's a lot easier to not self insert as female, especially when it comes with marriage in the game. -

What would be great is if the kid inherited personal skills. I really hope that this dream is not crushed by limited supports. -

Luna/Lazward/Odin - FE if's new Devdan/Danved?
zoned out replied to Espinosa's topic in Fire Emblem Fates
I think they're alternate universe versions of the Awakening kids. If they are the saved timeline kids, kind of makes you wonder why they're all in Nohr and not serving with the Shepards.
