I just noticed something. Those shields(?) on Zygarde's Perfect Forme's arms are colored just like Xerneas and Yveltal. (Same with the line on its chest) ...Eeh?

I knew it! I knew there was some reason behind Zygarde's lower Base Stats! Honestly I think it is indeed going to be called Pokemon Z. Sure, it's predictable, but I literally can't see XY getting a sequal.Besides, it'd be the first third version game we had since Platinum.

I usually see the name written as Guire. You can spell Gurei from it, but I'm not even sure how they got Guire from ガイア (Gaia) in the first place.

If there's anything about this series that I dislike other than what would've been obviously said by so many other people (because I do share a number of opinions here), it's that, well... The series wasn't really advertised until Awakening onward. I think some games weren't advertised period. But no seriously, had the older games been as advertised as much as Awakening and Fates now, I'm sure it'd sell.

Yes, much agreed. Sadly, this isn't the mindset of most people on the internet. I haven't played Splatoon myself, but I really hope that the dev team sticks with updating and adding on to the already-released product rather than release full-price DLC like other shooters.

This definitely feels like the case. Here at my area we've got whole columns at Target stuffed with Diddy Kong. Then again, no one in my area liked him back then because HOO HAH, but even now there's still alot of unsold Diddys here.

I think the thing with Gen 6 is that the series really went back to its roots. Like, really way back. And by way back I mean stuff like making the Exp. Share just like Gen 1's Exp. All. I've played through X and it really felt almost just like Kanto in several aspects mixed with a few bits from later generations. It felt like Gen 6 was made to be a completely fresh start for new players, something I think wouldn't be as appealing to veterans as to the targeted younger kids audience. TBH you can't really convince people who are just getting into a series for the first time that the mechanics weren't as ridiculously easy as they were in past installments. Same goes for Fire Emblem and pretty much any franchise in general. Re: Call of Duty/ Military-esque Shooter genre Honestly I haven't heard anything from those kind of games recently. Were some of them discontinued for being literally the same thing as one another? Honestly I can't blame you for that. FE14 has more water than it does fire, after all. And yeah, I think IS could get away with creating a new IP for all of their fanservice needs. @Everyone saying 1/2 to 3/4ths of FE11's cast The game is literally a direct remake of FE1, so of course their growths/dialogue/etc. will be the exact same. If you say FE11, then you are also saying FE1 by default. Other than that, I'd say FE4's Christmas Knights because they don't do much in the story and are just plain terrible as units.

Four times for me. The first time was in Pearl when my sister (who had Diamond) traded a Pokemon with Pokerus that she found into my game. This was done without my knowing, and since I never heard of Pokerus at that point I naturally flipped out. My Staraptor was the only Pokemon that caught Pokerus from my sister's Pokemon, but it ended up being pointless because Staraptor already had max EVs. The next time I found Pokerus was in SoulSilver when I was trying to complete the Pokedex. I traded a Kabutops for an Omastar on the GTS with the intent of getting an Omanyte egg (Because the fossils are version exclusive and evolving the Kanto fossil Pokemon is painful). The Omastar I got had Pokerus, but this time I knew what Pokerus was and didn't freak out. After that, the next time was in Black, which I got a Simisage from the GTS that also had Pokerus. Both of those times, the Pokerus was hacked. The most recent (and the only time I found Pokerus legitimately without trade) was in X, before I beat the Elite 4. I was in Pokemon Village to find Wulfric so that I can get the 8th Gym Badge. One of the first encounters was a Jigglypuff and it somehow had Pokerus. I opened the menu to switch my lead Pokemon and voila! Pokerus was there on the status screen. That same Pokerus is still in use today.

Yissss. Add some more startup where you aren't invincible on frame 1 while you're at it.And just earlier today I had a new record time for longest FG 1v1 match against projectiles spam. I had 15 seconds left on the clock against the usual FG Link as Captain Falcon. This Link was somewhat smarter as they reconized that I was trying to ride the Boomerang so I could get a free Punch/other strong move and threw another projectile as I was coming. I still won the match by punishing his roll with a charged F-Smash. Never again do I want to deal with that sh*t again.

People just don't ever use Yoshi. (?) I personally feel that Yoshi could also be one of the best in the game. It's just that no one has really pushed the character to his full potential yet atm.

You sure the Something Awful LP in particular was using the most recent translation patch along with the portrait replacements? The portraits were the only thing edited, right? Because Wolt's Epilogue text is still clearly in the game's data and isn't blank. (09D4 in FEditor's text editor)

Whoa, was this found just recently? I think the deal with Luma's Up Smash being a OHKO is because normally Rosalina is supposed to hit with her Up Smash right after, thus altering the knockback and making it weaker overall. (Think Mii Brawler/Reverse Blazer OHKO on lightweights) TBH Rosalina has quite a number of tools herself that would make people want to say "wtf this is BS".

I'd blame Knife for starting the whole "make up your mind dammit" deal. But I'd also blame myself for responding to him the way I did. And yeah, you guys should really calm down about this. I think it should be obvious that people with more than 3 mains probably don't give craps to competitive tourney play.

Not even! Sure, I may be pissed at Knife's attitude, but no way did I have any sort of intent to spite him at all.I probably won't use certain characters in a competitive tournament setting, but I still use everyone I listed in local friendly matches very equally. I use Mewtwo just as much as I use Roy. And I'm very sure some of the things Knife has said in the past were clearly bias.

Wow, Knife. Why do you always have to be so picky and biased when it comes to almost everything? You know what? Screw it. If you're going to keep acting this way all the time, then I'll mind as well not change my list at all. I'll play as whoever the hell I want and whenever the hell I want. Everyone I listed is used equally for a reason and nothing's changing that any time soon.
