Thank you the author for the great game! I enjoy it the most among the hacks (=^.O=) FYI, I use cheat codes for all the game I play. I play on Emulator VisualBoyAdvance-M (SVN956) So the following happens when cheat codes are used The codes are: 1.All stats up at 5/battle (This does nothing to glitch/bug over the whole game) 2.Infinite action (This does some bugs with ally/foe's sprite) 3.Move bonus (+9MOV) (perhaps this and 2. make a glitch/bug) 4.Change weapon in Arena (This does a little bug/glitch) These are some bugs based on the code: +Paladin Franz does not learn Chivalry skill... +Discipline skill seems not working (Seth Rank A sword uses sword 14 times to get to S rank, Franz should have used 7 times but ..he still needs to use sword 14 times to get to S rank from A rank. The Lancereaver still keeps its figure from the vanilla version, double weapon exp as usual which share the same trait with the skill) 2.Infinite action: I think it creates 2 bugs A) The sprite of units on the map get mixed (or overlap like dread fighter and gladiator and summoner sprite on 1 spot) or broken (half sprite of gargoyle or skeleton or doog...) B) I think the code 2+3 make this glitch/bug: This happened in Ephraim route, after Tana persuaded Cormag, I controlled Cormag and while moving the cursor to the destination, it moved through a boat accidentally and the game was frozen right at that time. I reset the game by using the emulator hotkeys, the game made a suspended memory at that time and I resumed it. Voila! There are 3 more Lord class units on the map with the portrait of Eirika, Seth and Franz (*) They can use all weapon but rank E and the Eirika dies net to game over... (*) when I check the memory viewer at the addresses which show skill values: the codes were +1 hex The original Eirika skill codes were altered. She had 2 more skills (Acrobat) This situation helped my find out the code of skills but no class skill and initial skill And I discovered the STEAL SKILLS I tried to classic way on the vanilla version (memory viewer to 08017070 address, replace 02 to 00) to make the steal skill able to steal weapon (even equipped one) but failed...It seems the steal skill is altered to a different way, isn't it? At the end, I have to change their portrait/name and class to make those 3 weaklings to useful ones: Bazba (infinite axe user), Darin (Infinite axe user) and Jahn (Firestone Manakete) 4.Change Weapon in Arena (or battle): Well, it happens in the vanilla version when using a weapon that the class has no animation for it. The units will earn rank E for the weapon that they have never known but in a forced into animated combat, the game will be frozen. The fun is that anima magic users can use black magic without using Shadowgift skill or Black magicians can use Light magic without using Lumina skill as they can learn them. However, this only happens in this hack: The sage in arena should wield other tome which is not wind tomes as he cannot counter attack in melee combat (except for bow users and Arbalest/Warrior higher bow rank than lance/axe) Anyway, the hack is promising as I can see that many skills have not been used. I look forward to playing an improved version! Oh, here are some suggestion: +As Bazba can use promotion item to promote from Brigand to Berserker and Warrior, could you allow to recruit more unit (as long as the sprite bug because of many units is fixed) +The summoned phantom is terrible, can the summoner be able to summon some special characters for a cost of HP or equip something to make it happen? (You saved 1 animation of the phantom for some unique class, eh! Im thinking of war goddess a real valkyrie has slayer skill as the war cleric...the lack of STR and magical weapon makes her not a wise choice or just let Morva be able to use Megido Flare like Draco zombies in the last level of Ruin. Of course he can use it, but I modified Myrrh to his class and used it, the breath animation directed to the right side,, even enemy Morva has weird animation upon using it...He's a boss after all) +The skill system is extremely great, but 1.Bane and Eclipse skill share the same trait, can it be adjusted to Shaman class-Bane and Summoner-Eclipse (like canto auto upgraded to canto+) or Thief-Steal to Rogue-Steal+ (replace Despoil so it will be exclusive to the unique Trickster)? A)Talk about exclusive skills, I have some idea: +Hero class has Hero skill? +Perfectionist and Narcian is a best match, right? +Seal skill should be a ...(what is it in English-i'm not a native one) built-in-tech weapon like a Dark magic can absorb HP or the Dark sword (SOL skill in weapon) same as Stance skills? +Or you can create new command as you did with Mercy/Gamble/Capture/Steal/Rally/Shove/Smite/Reposition/Swap/Pivot for Wary Fighter/Blood Tide/White pool/Night Tide/Breath of Life so you can save skill slot for other such as defiant skills, stance skills, spur skills, fortress skills, biorhythm skills, Dragon Veins (I don't see this skill when I look up for value code), Devil skills... 2.Can player be able to choose which skill to be delete when the skill slot is full? (I promoted Natasha to war cleric and leveled her up to 20 but I changed my mind, I wanted her to be a Valkyrie so I used Memory Viewer to modify her class back to cleric class and promoted her to Valkyrie, the game did have function to let me choose which skill to be replaced just like in pokemon games. So Lute can get some interesting skills (LV1) from the Dread Fighter class as in the spreadsheet)

As i told before. I just have the idea for this new FE4, i have no experience of hacking. Now, i'm just playing FE4 and taking screenshot whenever the dialog boxes appear. I'm at chapter 5 now and collecting dialogs of husbands and wives (Sigurd enters main base with his wife is inside, his wife enters main base with him inside,...)

I will try to replace exactly the amount of letters in each dialog by mine, so that the one who help me on scripting will have no trouble in editing it.

Trueblade, may i ask you a question? About scripting? Well, i'm collecting dialogs box in the game so that i can count how much letters a dialog box content so that i can replace exactly that number of letters for new dialog. I'm working on origin FE4 because only there Sylvia entertain Siselian event happens. Are you able to insert new letters (Alphabet) and add more letters in dialogs box? Such as there's a dialog box content 3 letters and ..., can you replace it with "i failed..."

Yes, that's right. I just change the face of some characters in this rom by some face of characters in FE5. That's what i'm talking about. About the name, i think we can change by using Nightmare, doesn't it, Josef? Now the main problem is can we make Sety (take place of Lex) sit in the position of Diadora in the castle and become husband and wife with Yuria after the prologue chapter? Cyas will not fall in love with anysone and he with Sara will give birth to Fala and Lopt, Sety and Yuria will give birth to Heim and Forseti.

But in FE5, how can we start the 2nd generations? Lief is the only one main character... The pair system will be kept in this patch and everyone can also ignore the paring up to play the part of substitute characters.

I don't intend to add more character, just replace some characters of FE4 by characters from FE5 such as Gandolf of FE4 will be replaced by Veld of FE5, Alvis of FE4->Sara of FE5 2. I think ALL of character from FE5 know all of character from FE4. Because in FE5, we have chance to see Celice's army help Lief's force, Sara must know Yuria and Sety, too! So do Cyas and Yuria,... (=O.^=). Besides, i want to keep the game play (2 generations), system pairing up (set up who will be parents of a character in 2nd generation) and the graphic of FE4 (it's "round", cute! in FE5, the sprites look thin,...). 3. I didn't let Celice get killed, he just get hurt and finally die because he's too exuashted, lost too much blood. Why did he get hurt? Sara ordered her men to murder him, so that they can skill the Light Crusader, leader of the last war. As she (evil Sara) are going to started a war, if he alive, he can defeat their plan again, can win the war again. 4. You mean the start time of this event i'm going to do in this patch? Th story is, when Yurius was born, Manfloy was do something (i'm not good at English...scratch or something) to take the fresh blood of Yurius, this blood contain the blood of Dark Lord Lopt (we all know that). Manfloy know Sara his grand daughter has minor blood of Lopt in her veins, so he charm her first then force her to drink blood of Yurius to strengthen her minor Blood to major blood, so that he can completely control Loputus in the future. He thought the sacred blood of Fala may reduce the power of Lopt's blood, so Yurius may be a weak Dark Lopt. That's why he set up his plan like that. But he was wrong, the spell he put on Sara was ineffective from beginning because of Lopt Blood in her body (and because the curse, can not have two sacred blood in two different persons at the same time), forcing Sara drink blood of Yurius did strengthen her but just her power, not enough to waken the true power of Dark Lord. Later, Manfloy discovered that Alvis has another son, Cyas who also contain the blood of Lopt. So, he try to find him, charm him just like he did to Diadora and force him to have child with Sara so that the next generation, the true pure Evil Dark Lord will reborn. After Celice killed Yurius (in this patch, i want all player spare Ishtar life since except for her, no one can wield Thor Hammer) and the peace of Granbell was rebuilt. There is no more two Sacred Blood in two diffrent persons, the power of Dark lord in Sara awakens has enough power to revive dead people to undead to control them easily (So evil). As all of you, i know and can use FE4Editor and Nightmare. This project is not that hard to make. If i can import the face of character from FE5 to FE4, the only i need is the script. just change the name in dialog. It's that simple! The least requirement to complete this project is the face of some characters from FE5. I just hope this patch is alike to patch Narga (change faces, scripts), and i satisfy. By the way, i'm not impress to FE series on GBA console. I love we can pair anyone we like, love the animation in battle, it's all in SNES console. He put a spell on his own grand daughter, charmed her and forced her to drink the fresh blood of Yurius, so that she gains enough power to revive the Dark Bishop Galle who is the person possesses the pure blood of Lopt when the time comes. After Sara had enough power, and Manfloy and Yurius were defeated by Celice army, Sara under the charm, used her dark power to revive Manfloy to do things for her such as recovering the Lopt sect in Yield, using Galzus and the Parn gang, reviving the twelve dark Bishop (Elf, Zwei...) and some of who used to be used by Manfloy to repel Barhara such as Alvis, Andrei, Kinbois, Trabant, Lamia, Leidrick, Veld..., finding the other son of Alvis (Cyas) for the ritual of reviving full power Dark Lord Lopt, all just for revenge the children of Sigurd-Celice and Yuria. After Sara prepared everything, the first move of hers is murdering Celice who is the king of Barhara now, but he survived (he will take the place of Vylon in the first part. OK, no problem then i crop it...it's hard for me to describe it in English...(i don't know how to rip, just an amateur)

Is it? I use SNES9x, turn off some lay out (button 1 2 3 4) to have the full of a part of map...then i combine it to a complete map like this (i use button printscreen, when the pointer move to another point that show a part of map, savestates and print screen...when the pointer is stop printscreen....that's the way i make this map) i make sure this map is absolutely at its right size! If you want, i can resize it (=O.^=) I'm Vietnamese, English is not my mother langauge (ofcourse) and not even my second language, so please excuse for my poor English and awful grammar (=^.^=)

I wonder why admin do not take this FE4's map to go on the main site...isn't it missed the World Map?
