Like GrimmLow said, there's translations for every card on the wiki https://serenesforest.net/wiki/index.php/Marth_(Cipher) Typically they're posted on the wiki a day or so after a card is revealed. There's also a 400+ person discord group of people that play Cipher online using LackeyCCG, which is up to date with translations of everything.

I'd like to know what flaws caused them to give it 9/10, can I find that information anywhere?
