How can this game be linear when the very first announcement direct stated that this game is all about YOUR CHOICE affecting the story's outcome? Surely this can't mean picking between 3 "routes" due to the act of choosing which "story" to play right?

Oh. I'm not good with names. My question is basically how to sort this out head canon wise. For Oboro I think of Maribelle and how Maribelle had a life-long crush on Chrom. How can you just marry off Maribelle to Avatar without any repercussions? Isn't the player missing out on key info on Maribelle's character if the player never views the Maribelle x Chrom support? If so, how to DEAL with this? Is the only true head canon decision to be only made once you've spoiled yourself on EVERY possible dialogue permutation?

Was it Kagerou who had a crush on him? I recall she is his subordinate and all the main "sibling" characters have 2 subordinates each right? Guys remember how Mariabelle and Chrom are like "OTP? And how she secretly had a crush on Chrom since the dawn of time?

Camilla seems to be the action type lady seeing how she expects her subordinates to put in their best efforts etc. Quite a mature and dedicated personality Camillas got there.

I also agree. Gunther's design is amazing. I don't think the Avatar should really romance/marry Gunther. I think Gunther should have his own family who care and love him. Oh Gunther

I think those full-fledged dating sims don't have good gameplay mechanics. FE combines good gameplay + good story + and awesome characters and add dating sim elements to this (or expand on it as is the case here) is a real winner!

The red hair siblings vs 2 parents who both have black hair + an avatar who is purportedly their lost sibling/son/daughter who can shapeshift/diff hair colours. Doesn't make sense at all…

But when does this amie thing start working? Surely it cannot start before rank B or A right? Gotta at least make some sense. See those heart icons? That indicates a certain relationship has been reached before you can amie them. Which means the OP's question as to possible multiple romances at once seems likely.
