The Luigi one? Nope. xP Doing too much FE fanfiction lately lol. I got Dawn of Darkness in progress, plus something I'm cowriting with a friend at Deviantart, and the Kieran/Marcia story. XD I've been trying hard lately to continue the Luigi and Zelda stories, but I still can't figure out what to write next! I know my ideas, it's just...I've never had so much trouble actually getting them down on paper.

Exactly. But why did Ike cut off all ties? That just doesn't seem to be him at all. He obviously cared a lot about the Greil Mercenaries, his sister, and all his friends. HE FIGHTS FOR HIS FRIENDS, REMEMBER? xP That's one reason I think the best guess is that he got depressed over something. Perhaps, losing the woman he loves to another man? I know I'd feel pretty shitty if the one I loved married someone else when we were in love first.

Not what I meant. I wasn't saying Ike had to love her to do that, just care about her. Firstly, don't call me honey. Second, I do think it is possible for there to be a third Tellius game, even if Ike and Elincia didn't end up together. In fact, if Ike were to reappear, it wouldn't even take place in Tellius because he left. Third, Ike doesn't end up with ANYONE at the end of RD. The Soren/Ranulf thing is just giving Ike a travel buddy. Nothing more. Lastly, Geoffrey/Elincia will no longer be if IS were to implement some sort of plot twist involving Elincia leaving him for Ike. That'd be pretty interesting, if you ask me, not to mention new. However, I don't want to get into a debate over that topic again, so I'll call it quits here.

It may seem like nothing suggested Ike was interested, but I thought there was. It was just less obvious, like I've stated. And how can you not think Ike cared for Elincia in RD? Of course he damn well did, otherwise he wouldn't have ordered his men to protect her in that chapter where Valtome attempted to attack her while she was unarmed. xP And the fact that they didn't have a paired ending struck me as odd and suspicious. I instantly thought IS may be planning something else, like a new plot twist in a third game involving Ike and Elincia having some paired ending. I'm crossing my fingers for it too, actually.

Alrighty, added chapters 11 and 12 to Dawn of Darkness. 12 was put up today, 11 a few days or so ago. Forgot to mention it. xP

I don't think it looks like a dress... Besides, that's not the only difference. The spikes on the armor are bigger too. I'm sure there's more, but I haven't played RD in sometime, so my memory is a bit fuzzy.

Hey, I beat 2E without Haar. But that's because I forgot to recruit him lol. But even when I did the next playthrough, that chapter was still freaking hard. >_<

Are you joking? FE9 is one of the most difficult games I've ever played. Granted, I think FE10 and some other games I've played are certainly harder, but overall, FE is the hardest series I've played to date.

Where's the love for Oscar and Kieran? They always own the hardest for me when talking Paladins. Though Seth and Sain are not too far behind. :3

^Good point, shadowofchaos, which is a reason why I believe Elincia was still in love with Ike even in RD. I think Ike more than likely loves her back, he just makes it less obvious, as I've said. And for the record, I don't believe in Ike/Soren, so anyone talking about that to me is wasting their time. El Ray: According to Elincia, when Leanne went to see her about speaking with Ike, he had left Melior a year and a half prior to RD. Which is half the time between PoR and RD. And THAT means Ike had plenty of opportunity to develop his relationship with Elincia further if he found ways to. I doubt they just simply grew out of it as quickly as another year and a half. And I'm not just a fangirl. I've done my homework on the matter, as I've said many times. I did plenty of research and came to the conclusion that Ike/Elincia is the most possible pairing for Ike. I even tried to look for real evidence that may suggest he likes another girl or hell, even Soren or Ranulf, but nothing convincing.

If I had to suggest a female, I'd say Elincia, but they'd have to figure out how to have her make sense without the Pegasus, which would probably be too difficult. Still, melikes Elincia quite a bit. <3

Ike always owns harder than everyone for me. :3 It could be because I use him most, but still, Haar and Shinon kick ass too, so I use them quite a bit as well. Still, Ike always ends up number one in the end. xP Jill...I haven't really trained her enough to say how good she is.

Gosh, why am I the only one who thinks Ike's muscles in FE10 look just FINE? Honestly, like I've said before, y'all have seen nothing if you think he looks too muscular.

Actually, there was evidence in FE10 as well, it's just not as obvious. In fact, the lack of evidence in the game while there was a lot in FE9 is evidence itself. Why would Ike and Elincia grow so close in FE9 but suddenly break apart for FE10? My guess is that they had to hide their relationship or put it on hold for a reason. There are several possible reasons too. Ike's supposed to dislike the life of nobles and royals. If he was found to be in a romantic relationship with Elincia of all people, he'd probably get questioned on his acts post-PoR as well as his real feelings about nobles/royals. Some people might even think he was lying the whole time. Another reason is the opinions of the Crimean government, not to mention the commonfolk. They may not like the idea of Elincia marrying a mercenary, even if he is the famous hero Ike (hee hee). Lastly, there's the rumors that were started about Geoffrey and Elincia. If the Crimeans supported them and then found Elincia and Ike were the true couple, they could possibly protest or be very disappointed. This also leads to what I believe is the reason Ike left Tellius: Elincia marrying Geoffrey. Ike could have become so hurt and upset that he just wanted to get away. Elincia would have to eventually marry so she can have an heir and whatnot, so she really didn't have much of a choice. Also, Ike may have left before Elincia could try stopping him. Thus, that leaves her with only her next best marriage choice: Geoffrey. A couple other pieces of evidence in FE10 are at the end of the game. Ike and Elincia returned to Crimea together. Not Geoffrey and Elincia, Ike and Elincia. And in the final chapter of the game, in her death quote, Elincia says "my noble Ike." Not Geoffrey, again. She even uses the word "my" damn it. xP Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention one thing in this whole thread. Ike is the only one Elincia has held hands with. She's had plenty of opportunity to clutch Geoffrey's hand like she did Ike's, but did she? Nope (not clearly anyway). She only did with Ike. Man she loves him. :P

What evidence is there for Ike/Soren or Ike/Ranulf? And just because Geoffrey and Elincia are canon doesn't mean they're a good pairing. Like you said, IS's pairings aren't always good. There's plenty of evidence for Ike/Elincia, however. Most of it is in FE9, but there were still a few little hints in 10 too.

Firstly, I play on both easy and normal. Not hard, because I fear it would be too difficult. And since when was I doing anything out of favoritism? I usually have Kieran use Killer Axes because of the high crit rate, not because I think the weapon is cool or anything.

Eh, I'm not sure about customizable characters at all. I suppose it could work, if done right, but I'm still unsure.

That's why you up Kieran's weapon level. >_> It's not that hard. Besides, I already give Oscar bows and Geoffrey and Astrid also have bows. There's no point in having four bow knights. Also, Kieran can already have 2 range with axes if he's got a short axe or a hand axe.

I never said FE was completely realistic. >_> And honestly, I don't think any Ike pairing except Ike/Elincia is really believable at all...

And I always give Kieran swords. ;)
