For me they're those units I want to like but aren't usually too good without babying/favouring. They hit hard but don't avoid, are slow, and get annihilated by mages most of the time making walling trickier, so I find myself not using them much.

Kinda surprised there isn't a thread like this.
Finished Thereby Hangs a Tail last night, it was pretty good albeit shorter than I expected. The predecessor I missed is apparently in the library now on reserve so that's good timing, gonna poach that later on.

Trying to out-cheese those dragon bosses in Bravely Default's hard mode. Completely winged Salamander, then I figured Sword Fencing Ninjas were a thing; they are, according to the late Mizuchi and Wyvern.

Also forgot to mention; I'm currently kinda undecided on my favourite Fire Emblem, but besides currently playing FE11, I've beaten FE2, FE4, FE6, FE7 (my first), FE8, FE12, and FE13. I know literally nothing about FE5 but I'm not sure why I haven't played it, probably not touching the Tellius games any time soon (but I do know enough to discuss them decently), and I've considered trying FE3 and FE1 later on just to be thorough.

I didn't find its music memorable (literally remember nothing from it), the Bowser gameplay wasn't enjoyable in any sense, the locations weren't very interesting (particularly the inside Bowser portions), Giant Battles were pretty lame (or in the train's case just sucked), the game was littered with horrible minigames and most special moves (especially Bowser ones ugh) were boring to use. The story failed to interest me, the game was painfully easy bar Bowser X which probably needs grinding to Rainbow Rank to beat, there were very few bosses I liked fighting, getting everything was a pain because of all the backtracking you would need to do with Mario & Luigi. Some of the dialogue was very strong, though.
It's not nearly as bad as Funky Bike Wii, but I probably liked Sticker Star more.

Pit's focuses on vertical knockback, Dark Pit's focuses on horizontal knockback.
So landing it with Dark Pit = Luma flying off the stage and dying, aka a better situation for him. It's pretty neat.

Funky Bike Wii and Bowser's Inside Story, both definitely some of my least favourite games for having all kinds of problems imo others rarely (if ever) point out.
Also Fire Emblem: Awakening to an extent.

There's this giant eyeball monster thing in Bravely Default. My first time through, it kept wiping out my team from full health while they're all defaulting, it was so annoying.
I tried at least a dozen dozen times over like a week, and I couldn't do it... so I sucked it up and beat the boss on Easy instead of Normal (tbh I was still getting wrecked there but I eventually lucked out), it was so shameful.

I used to be all about the Mario before, pretty much my gateway to gaming series, nice to see others who have stuck to it. Anyhow, greetings good sir, it's very nice to meet you.

Probably my least favourite class group, the only one I normally use is Alm.
Only reason I touched Vaike or Basillo is for my 100% support log aspirations, whereas I completely ignored Johalva, the GBA Fighters, and the axe people in FE12.
They just don't interest me for some reason, but I'm trying Barst in my blind FE11 run because the only thing I've heard about the game beyond its interest in units dying is how good he supposedly is and I felt like doing something fresh.
