Seth for amazing overall usefulness.

Hero!Gerik with a Garm.
Awesome bases plus solid growths plus a +5 SPD axe? Sold.
Even without Garm, he obliterates with Brave Axes.
-
That truly was an Osw1n. Tanking all those units

Best: FE10 Gatrie
Worst: Meg

I would probably only use him sparingly cause he'll still steal exp from the rest of the team who are only going to get better while he gets worse. I'd say that once the two main cavaliers that I use get to a high enough level, I'd switch him from killing to meatshielding and he would probably stay like that if his bases are good enough.

I think that it was Galuf. He leveled up, but his stats would fall each level. Or so I've heard. He was > God at first but became obsolete as you used him more. Of course, he died partway through the game against ExDeath, but he was a lot weaker anyway.
Incorrect.
In the beginning of the game, he lost his memory and you never got to see his stats before that, so his stats were basically the same as the rest of your party's. His stats grew normally and it never decreased.

Like I give a shit
Heath looks like a rockstar.
Vaida's uber spear is awesome though.
I can't tell whether or not you think Heath looking like a rockstar is a good or bad thing. I'm assuming bad. What color hair should he have gotten then?

Rexbolt, although I've never raised Ilyana high enough to use it.

Where's Batta the Beast?
He's all,
"Lol, loli, you gone die. I already hurt you for half of yo health."
Then Lyn pulls out the programmed critical and then he declares, "WTFHAX?!"

Cause IS got lazy as hell with the support conversations. Even generic responses were copied.

I got a really screwed up used Red version when I was around 6 or 7 years old. It never saved. Cheap Chinatown products... :/
Then I got a brand spankin' new Gold Version weeks after it came out and that was my life. I got Sapphire and my Game Boy Advance with it days after it came out a few years later. Now I just emulate the rest because I'm too poor and not that interested in investing into a DS.

Too bad she's ugly as shit.

This seems interesting.
From The World Ends With You, I claim Neku Sakuraba, Sho Minamimoto (both Reaper & Taboo), Sanae Hanekoma, WildKat cafe, everything associated with the Another Day chapter, all of Sho Minamimoto's quotes, Joshua's JESUS BEAM, the My Phones accessory, and the Six Dark Planets pin set.
I also claim Noctis Lucis Caelum and his hair from Final Fantasy Versus XIII.
Any disputes?

Mist using Aether would be similar to a crit from Ilyana in one respect.
Lol, panty flashes.

Who knows. Noobs like me like Edward because of his great potential, always ignoring the difficulty in raising him.
Ehh, I raised him once and that was enough. He was useful in the Dawn Brigade, but after that...
Also, you should refer to yourself as a "Newb." You do not possess any of the characteristics that constitute a noob. Have some self-esteem dammit! :D

On the floor!
Wii because it has rendered my Gamecube obsolete.

Edward
I'm only rating the 7 units that I think of as the game's best and most reliable, besides the Laguz Royals who are top at everything except maybe Affinity (Nailah has Wind, Tibarn has Heaven and neither is particularly helpful.)
Wut? He's joking right?

I maxed Leanne's magic and she was doing chip damage even in heron form and using the Daemon card iirc. They're pretty much worthless except for the occasions that you would want to attack without being countered, but we have ranged weapons for that.

And yet some are still easier to train. It's far simpler to make a good Mist on EM than a good Fiona/Vika/etc. At least, from a turncount perspective. I should say it costs far fewer turns to make Mist good than making certain other characters good in part 4. And if only Mist's Floretes did magic damage...
If only they had all the magical swords back in general. Mist + Runesword = win! :D

One thing you want to know about GhebFE: Stealing is King.
You can steal anything if you've got high enough speed. Even the enemy's equipped weapon.
This means Colm is going to be one of your best units, simply because enemy weapons are insane. (Who doesn't like another Bob? And Luna Blades don't hurt either.)
In Ch. 2, you want to buy Lightning Swords. They give +5 SPD,LCK,DEF and RES. Give it to Caellach and he will be at about the level of power that Seth was in the original.
Also, Ewan and Ross are both absolutely insane. Level Ewan up to 10 in Ch. 5 and you're set for the entire game. (Leveling him is easy due to chip damage).
That's a beastly Ewan, but ice affinity=crap

Drop Dorcas. Do it.
Guy is only worth using if he has a good support(s) that boosts his critical rate and ATK. Otherwise, you should probably drop him for Sain & Kent.

If you get a knight and you are using a sword user, just give up as soon as possible. You generally will lose those battles.
Even more interesting class change results
in Fire Emblem: Binding Blade

Shin's CON is really low for a Hero.
