True. The first time I blindly played the game I didn't use Seth because I was under the impression all jagens were terrible. I was sorely mistaken, Seth can pretty much solo the game.

I love everything about Sacred Stones except for it's difficulty. It's my favorite FE purely because of the story and characters, but when you have Ephraim, someone who literally sweeps entire armies, the gameplay isn't a problem.

I can't really speak for others, but I know why I personally love Cordelia. For me I can almost relate to her in the way that she wants people to think that's she's perfect, and tries that to exhaustion almost. She worries almost more about what others think of her than she takes care of herself and I think a lot of people, myself included, can easily relate to that.

Nice, good to see some Sacred Stones characters up there. Wish I could have seen some more FE4, but it's to be expected that it's a much less popular/well-known game in the series. I wanted to mention that I saw a lot of people getting upset about Etika affecting the polls, and I agree, but at the same time, Donnel's not the only one. There are characters like Lute who were obviously affected by Ghast's videos, and I don't think that's such a bad thing. If someone votes for a character because content by a youtuber they enjoy included that character or something along those lines, I think that's alright. I personally voted for Lute twice, not just because I love Ghast's videos, but because I find her an interesting character. I think there can be a good mix.

The way tomes worked in Gaiden was something I really enjoyed about it I played Gaiden but couldn't get too into it, if only because of the outdated graphics, but one thing I loved about it was some of the gameplay mechanics Along with dungeon crawling I'm excited to see if the Gaiden magic system makes a return.

I've been looking around the SoV thread, and while I'm seeing a lot of interesting threads, I'm also seeing a lot of negativity and pessimism. While I completely understand how people can be nervous about avatars, or gameplay, or even changes to the story, I want to mainly see what people are excited to see from the game. I'm insanely excited for this game, and I'm avoiding fears until they're confirmed by trailers. So until they show an avatar, or show pair-up, I'm not going to worry about it. But what are you guys excited to see in SoV? I think the thing I'm most excited about is the dungeon crawling. Something only really included in Gaiden that could be interesting on the 3ds.

I'm looking to start Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, but have no clue where to start... I've been interested in it for awhile and want to start it before it gets too far for me to catch up, and I've seen a lot about Diamond is Unbreakable. So the question I have is what order should I watch the Jojo series, and where's a good link for me to watch them? Thanks!

I CAME UP WITH THESE FOR EVERY CHARACTER IN AWAKENING LAST YEAR I have to try to remember them now... Virion Lady's Man - +2/-2 damage dealt/taken when paired up with a female unit. Kellam Hidden in Plain Sight - +20 avoid when in a space without terrain effects. Donnel Tutored Strength - When he levels up, higher chance of leveling up the boon of his supporting unit. Henry Yay! Blood! - Heals 50% of HP after getting a crit. Miriel Bookworm - +1 damage dealt for each tome in her inventory.

Sorry, I thought the Axe was -20% also. Maybe ramp it up to 40%? Either that or the defense drop that Chakram gives.

I generally liked the S-Rank weapons in Fates, but if you could make a mirror version of any of them (example: An S-Rank sword in comparison to the S-Rank katana), what would they be? I personally like the idea of an S Rank scroll, since scrolls always give boosts to stats. I'd also find the idea of a Rod that grants an extra turn (or something like that) really cool for an S-Rank weapon.

Raijinto is just one of those giant flashlights that cops use, but it's always shocking the user because of faulty batteries

I love Sacred Stones for a few reasons. I actually very much dislike Ephraim and Eirika, yet this game is still my favorite GBA Fire Emblem. Ephraim seems too much of an overpowered guy, and Eirika is just kind of dumb/useless a lot of times. Which is a shame, because the storyline in this game was good. My first reason is the villain of the game. Lyon is probably my favorite FE Villain (sorry Black Knight). He has actual personality, and was a great friend to the main characters, making you able to see actual emotion from the Lords. It's no longer just a "Let's save the world" situation, it's a "Let's get revenge for our friend." I also love the idea of Trainee units, which I wish they had brought back for FE14 (NO MOZU IS NOT A TRAINEE UNIT). The idea of getting to promote twice and get even more of a choice on how a unit turns out is an interesting concept, although I can understand why they didn't include them, since Heart Seals and such are a thing now. FE8 also felt like it heavily influenced later games, such as the world map, encounters, and different routes.

Thank you all for your advice! I've taken all your opinions into consideration, and I have started my run. I just finished the Prologue (unfortunately I don't have my DS with me to read my exact stats). My MU is level 5, Chrom is level 2 (maybe 3), and Lissa is level 2. Finished after 44 turns, using the water trick to exp grind MU. Not sure what to expect with the next chapter, but this is the point where I have to decide between Mirel or Sully, because I'd rather start getting Sully experience as soon as I get her if I'm going to use her.
