I'm not sure if you actually meant that but tiers existed before Brawl. Just clarifying. I believe most fighting game tiers to be bullshit. I'm not sure how I feel about Fire Emblem tiers. The debates are fun to read and the tiers are fun to examine, but I don't really care for them in the end.
