Looks good so far!:) A couple of things though: The earrings and necklace are very out-of-style. I believe that they should be the skin tones(Lighter tones for the earrings and darker tones for the pendent) to cut down on unnecessary colours. Also, use reference to help you shade everything. I went in to Photoshop and made lines over your sprite to show you how I think the lines should be like(referencing the artwork): This is just my opinion so you may differ but it is there if you want something to go by! *As you can see, I took out the brown at the bottom of the cape 'cause it is not there in the artwork. Hope this helps. :)

Are you suppose to be able to beat Karmann? I beat him but the chapter did not end.

Love the palette and head. :) The shield, however, is off. It is much too bright and doesn't look in style.

Question: Do you have a save data with up to the first three tales done? I've already played them twice and I really don't want to do them a third just to play the new chapters... :(

I agree. Also, the neck and stuff looked better before. Now it looks like he has a really long neck and nothing else. What Cymbeline meant was there needs to be some anti-aliasing where the neck meets the collar. Here are some examples: I drew on your sprite in red as well to show how I think the neck should like(though that is purely my opinion and you may think otherwise). Anywho, I hope this helps! And keep at it cause you sprite is really coming along. :)

Very nice! The only thing I dislike is Ilanice's new portrait.

This may have already been reported(I am too lazy to read 8 pages of stuff to check haha) but in Ch.1 this village can't be destroyed: Whenever the brigand tries to destroy the village it stay intact. :P Also, Chester's NPC palette is really glitchy looking.

Beautiful and clean as always. :) My only problem with Crowe is his eyes. They look a bit off... Maybe they are a bit too high up? I am not quite sure... And his head seems to be a bit to triangular. Aaaaaaawh. :) <3

I guess I need to slow it down a bit because there is a full body blur transition frame between the two. :P

I love what you did with the chests! Very cool and original idea there, Anouleth. :)

Probably would have been more suitable for personal message but that's no biggie! I tried putting a book in his hand but the issue with books in GBA style'd sprites is lack of room. As you probably noticed when you tried yourself, GBA sprites are not very large and a book would roughly be head size so there really is very little space to have character's holding them. Colour limits also cause a bit of a problem due to making it harder for the book to be visible(depending on location). I did, however, manage to put a book under his left arm(though, it does not look that great).

To explain why it is like that I thought I would make a little collage. :) As you can see, there is fabric that hides the upper arm and shoulder. I made a quick edit to the sage in the top right corner to show you what it would like if that fabric was not there. Hope that helps you see why only the forearm is visible. :) Oh, and thanks ccc. :)
