4834 is rank 1007 with 1 hour to go. 4835 should be safe. Edit: I forgot that 4835 is an odd score and thus there should be very few people with that score. It might not be safe if there are fewer than 7 people with that score.

I think your problem is you need to skip lower point battles. Your team should be capable of a score of 4830+ which is competitive for Top 1000. The arena match up system gives out a wide range of opponents with a tendency to give opponents on the lower end. If you only fought the 690+ teams, your score would be higher. However, you'll likely have to spend a lot of dueling swords to keep rerolling for high point match ups. I have a friend with only 2 merge levels that is in the 4830 range. If you have 8, you should be able to go even higher.

A friend of mine with only two Lv40+1 units on his team said he started to face a lot more high merge teams after he put the Sacred Seals on his characters. I wonder if the reverse works. If you are using them, try taking off the Sacred Seals on your characters. This will slightly lower the score you get in the arena as well as the strength of you opponents. But, if you don't feel up to the task of taking on high merge teams, there no point in drawing them as opponents anyways.

I have a friend with the reverse problem. He has a team with 2x Lv40+1 and 2x Lv40 that was decked out with Fury 3 and other custom skills. He keeps getting 4x Lv40+0 teams with default skills as opponents even under Advanced. He just steamrolls his opponents. He is pretty annoyed that the game won't pair him against opponents that are even equally strong and chooses to tank his score instead. He used to be a Top 1000 player but may now have problems making Top 5000. He's also one of those Lunatics who liked fighting Lv40+7s so he loses out on have fun battles as well.

The countdown timer is correct but the first post still says "12:15pm and 1:00pm GMT+0" and needs to be fixed.

Arena uses your best 7 win streak as your score. After you win 7 in a row, you automatically start a new win streak.

Yes, it means that you are outside the Top 100000. You probably need a score around 3900 to be in the Top 100000 right now. Keep in mind that your rank only updates at the start of every hour so if you get a new high score you may need to wait a bit before your rank updates.

Rally, Defiant, Fortify and Hone do not stack with each other (on the same stat). Goad, Spur and Ward skills stack endlessly.

Hector has Goad Armor. It gives +4 Atk and +4 Spd to any armored units within 2 spaces and it stacks. This means if the Hector are close together, each one gets +12 Atk and +12 Spd from the other 3. 24->36 speed means Hector is very difficult to double and Hector will even double a lot of other units including Roy and both Tiki. 52->64 Atk means Hector hits like a truck even when resisted.

It takes time for your rank to update. I think it happens at the start of every hour. A score of 4198 is currently way higher than 71581st so your rank was definitely out of date. Like my score is a fair bit lower and I'm in the Top 50000.

That team doesn't have bonus character on it. You can't get a score of 4000+ without a bonus character. Also, you don't need 5* characters to get a score of 4000. 4x Lv40 4* units where at least one is a bonus unit should be able to clear 4000 easily.

The odds of going 120 draws without drawing a 5* is 1 in 3584019. Getting 5 free 5*s may sound cool but 5/125 is only 4% and well below the baseline average of 6%.

It is currently believed that the reward cap is higher if your units have higher stats. I guess it would be accurate to say if your units have higher stats, you fight opponent with higher stats who give more points. That means you want 4x 5* Lv40s. It doesn't stop there, though. You want Lv40s with high stats like Hector. I don't know if it is confirmed but I imagine "+1" levels count. So you want something lie 3x 5* Lv40+10 Hector and 1x 5* Lv40+10 bonus unit to maximize points. After that, you just need to win 7 straight Advanced Arena battles with no deaths.
