From some I seen so far they don't appear to be too drastic just a different hairstyle, some having accessories like earrings or hair ornaments, some facial hair for some guys and of course new clothes Dimitri is the one that feels most different though. Teachers are confirmed to not change at all Seteh and Flayn will definitely look different since they have more importance(or maybe just Flayn).
