    - I found Claude to be the most interesting of what was shown in this entire video. The same guy that said "We have the strength to scale the walls between us. To reach out our hands and friendship so we can open our true hearts to one another. That's how we win!" is also saying "Instead of taking pity on [them] and endangering my comrades, I'll take [them] out... without hesitation." While he will still probably have the lightest path of the three routes, it does make me curious if he'll stab more than a few people in the back, as well as what his end goal will be.

Lot of people says Claude is only sane man, but I think all three of them will be wrong, with Claude flaw being too naive and became disillusioned as war progress.

More we know more I am convinced there will be 4th route.

It seems like Claude is going that way though after the timeskip

with the whole "To reach out our hands in friendship so we can open our true hearts to one another. That's how we win!"

And that's fine for him imho. But in the end I don't think any of protagonists will turn to be inherently correct and that include friendship route.

From everything I've seen Edelgard seems very self-righteous in the worst way possible, the kind of character that thinks they always know best and that the ends justify the means. I don't think this makes for an inherently bad character, but I have a feeling since she's being pushed as the game's main protagonist she'll never face any lasting consequences that force her grow and change because God forbid we suggest our hot wifu heroine is anything less than perfection. Maybe I'm just overthinking it, but I wouldn't be surprised if things pan out that way.

I love seeing the responses to FE Tweets, it's just a bunch of Animal Crossing and/or Smash Bros. fans complaining that Nintendo's not showing anythi

ng new for Animal Crossing and/or Smash Bros. and then everybody else makes fun of them because they're being ridiculous.

It's not in worst possible way. She is future emperor so she need embrace that even further (and it suits her) . And that's fine, not everyone can be Disney princess like Claude.

At least for the western reception, I feel like Marianne is the female in the Golden Deer that has the most people interested. Granted, I don't have exact numbers but her story seems the most interesting to me.

I mean, Oboro was one of the most popular Fates females but they just completely dropped the ball with her in FEH, giving her a lackluster starting unit, with lackluster art, and then forgot she existed. But we can still have multiple Kagero alts, for two big reasons.

Is that really true? Her description says,  she is ultimate doormat and given both of her competitors are capable,  very assertive and at least equally attractive she is clearly loosing personality wise.

She can obviously turn to be super awesome character, but we can't know it's the case.

I don't get it, he's being associated with the Flame Emperor why, because they both wear masks? Why would a character have a mask for their alter ego and then a mask for their regular appearance? I think IS are just doubling down on mystery elements for the school setting (people being spirited away, etc), and masked characters are easy intrigue.

I get more Conrad vibes from him. The resemblance to Mercedes and her having defected from the Adrestian Empire is an interesting thread.

Besides I want Alois to be the Flame Emperor

You know that Flame Emperor is red, right?

Best bet is Sothis, if she becomes a unit in your army at some point. In the same Est stylings as Myrrh and Kurthnaga. Small Dragon thing that has massive growths to make up for being absent 90% of the game.

    Sothis is Tiki archetype  though

To be fair, do we actually know for a fact that the sprite we saw in the advanced tier will be from a class called swordmaster? It's a very natural assumption to make considering the outfit, but now I'm questioning if we didn't assume a bit too fast.

Edit: ... which is what you were already saying.
... Well then I agree! Ha.

Well if not this would be probably first FE without Swordmaster class. Lol.
