  1. Chapter 4: 5/22

Marcus charged ahead to kill off the first few cavaliers. Bors rescued Roy so he could then give him to Marcus on the second turn. Lance and Marcus charged to the left, and Lance visited the Angelic Robe village on Turn 5. Bors and Lot distracted enemies in the way of Roy and Marcus. Roy was dropped on Turn 4 and Marcus killed the boss on Turn 4 EP. Roy seized on Turn 5.

    Chapter 5: 3/25

Roy took the Angelic Robe from Lance on Turn 1 and used it. Lance rescued him and moved to the gate along with Marcus (Marcus in lead). When the gate opened a good amount of enemies died. On Turn 2, Lance dropped Roy 5 tiles away from the gate. Bors, Lot, and Merlinus took a few hits to keep Roy alive. On Turn 2 Marcus began attacking the boss, and finished him on Turn 3 PP. Roy seized on Turn 3. Didn't bother getting the Gant Lance.

    Chapter 6: 4/29

Maybe I could have done this in three turns but it was a bit too unreliable for me, so I settled for 4. Marcus charged forward and killed a good amount of the cluster of enemies on the middle path. Lot rescued Roy and then gave him to Marcus on Turn 2, while also killing one of the leftover enemy units. On Turn 2 Roy was dropped near the throne. Lance moved upwards so he could help Marcus with killing the boss and taking out enemies in the way. The boss died on Turn 4 and Roy then seized. Saul also joined.

  2. Chapter 2: 6/10

On Turn 1, Marcus killed a soldier and was then rescued by Lance. Bors took Marcus and then dropped him onto the fort. On turn 2 Roy moved adjacent to Marcus. Marcus then worked on carrying him to the throne. Lot killed a few enemies on the right, and Bors/Lance charged straight ahead along with Marcus. On turn 5 Lance took Roy from Marcus and dropped him. Marcus then moved towards the boss and took three rounds to kill him with an Iron Axe (since I forgot I could trade with undrafted units for Armorslayer, but this strat still worked). Merlinus bought stuff like Javelins and picked up the Armorslayer. On turn 6 Roy seized.

    Chapter 3: 7/17

Probably could have done this in 6 turns but I kept screwing up so I didn't feel like it. Marcus ferried Roy to the throne, Lance followed behind both killing enemies along the way. Bors went north to kill some enemies. Merlinus went on a forest to distract the enemies on the lower part of the map away from the undrafted units while Lot killed them for a good amount of EXP. Lance and Marcus killed stuff along the way to the throne. Roy was dropped on Turn 5 to kill an enemy in the way and moved towards the throne on Turn 6, seizing it on Turn 7.

  3. Anyways I guess it's time to start:

    Chapter 1: 4/4

Marcus rescued Roy and carried to the throne, OHKOing a few bandits with Silver Lance along the way. Lance and Bors helped distract enemies from Marcus as well as hit a few things for EXP. On turn 3, Marcus dropped Roy and on the next turn Marcus ORKOed the boss with Silver Lance. Roy then seized after Bors visited the 5000 gold village on turn 4.

  4. Just something to discuss, I guess. Units are being rated on their potential contributions throughout the game. Recruitment cost is NOT being factored. The assumption is that the player is playing efficiently.

  5. Methinks Kyle + Forde should go above Duessel (Ephraim). Let's take a look at a few of Duessel's problems that Kyle and Forde don't have:

-He has 15 con, which may seem like a boon so he doesn't lose AS from heavy weapons, but this means it's hard to rescue him if you want to get him places.

-Only six movement. He does have good combat, but since rescuing him is extremely hard his mobility is a bit damaged.

When Duessel joins in Chapter 10, Kyle and Forde will be close to having as good combat as Duessel as well as two more points of movement (Eventually they can surpass him stat-wise). Kyle and Forde's small contributions in Chapters 5x, 8, and 9 are also there.

As in, the enemies that literally anyone can double? Because the enemies that Garcia can double are also the ones that are so slow that doubling them isn't a feat worth bragging about... (And it doesn't help most of them are the joke fodder enemy types) Also, the Devil Axe doesn't come until very late in the game... And it's a Devil Axe we're talking about - I don't think it's worth it.

The point is that when doubling these slower enemies Garcia can get a nice chunk of wexp out of it. Devil Axe comes in Ch 15. which is right around the time you get Garm.

  7. Ross wants to go Berserker only because of Pirate (Waterwalking has a few uses here and there, such as in Ch 7 or Eir Ch 9) as well as a better speed boost compared to fighter.

I don't really use Amelia/Ewan, but their best class is probably Paladin/Mage Knight respectively

How in the world is Karel the worst?

Karel joins extremely late into the game (second to last chapter) and while he does have good stats, he is hindered by:

    -No reliable good 1-2 range.

    -No mount

-Has no time to use Boots from the Secret Shop in Chapter 21, so he will fall behind your other units

    -Outclassed by other Durandal users

-And again, his extremely sucky availability.

  9. I think the best team is to not limit yourself to certain units and deploy units that are valuable on each map, some will be useful for only a few maps, some will be useful for a lot of maps, and some units you will want to try to deploy on every map.

  10. "Note that Brigid is not listed because I am not pairing so I can get my boy Asaello as I usually do."

    Great taste right here.

Anyways, I guess I'll list out my picks. Decided to go for some unusual, neat pairings.

Arden x Aideen: Lester gets some sweet bulk and strength as well as bow inheritance (Once, and if, Arden promotes).

Lewyn x Ayra: Lewyn will make the twins fast as heck, though the lack of strength might hurt. Maybe give them a magic sword?

Azel x Lachesis: Gives the kids Pursuit, and a good magic stat for Magic Swords/Staves for Nanna. They also have Minor Hezul blood no matter what so it's hard to screw up their strength.

Dew x Sylvia: This is a pretty funny pairing, the kids will get Bargain as well as some solid growth rates, as well as Lene getting Sol.

Claud x Erinys: This pairing will make Ced the ultimate staffbot, as well as giving a nice B staves for Fee once she promotes for Physic and Restore.

Lex x Tiltyu: Two words. Wrath, Vantage.

Gen 2 pairings don't matter as much so I won't list them here.
