  1. Aliza walked along the sandy beach in a thin light purple zipped up sweatshirt, the bottom of a two piece set that was dark red, and flip flops. She had her shades on, a music player in her pocket and her bag with her notebook tucked inside. Yes. She was ready...to be pestered by someone. She didn't have her funky tunes on so the girl's cries were very much noticed. She turned to answer the girl's question with a bit of a silent yes. Using the very dark pair of sunglasses as cover whilst she analyzed the young miss. Oooh very nice. Petite but spunky. Always a fun type, preliminary score based on that alone was a 6/10 but she had potential to rise. There isn't really a time to write that down right now but she took a mental note with a small smile.

"Heh heh. Aren't you a cute entrepreneur." She finally found her chance to speak as the sales pitch ended and returned the energy with her own bright smile. "Well I did forget my bottled water at my quarters so sure, I'll take two. While you're grabbing those mind if I see some of the ice cream you have lined up? I'm a big fan of rocky road but I got other flavors in mind too."

  2. Well this was quite a twist. Aliza was geared up to break in her new robot after Mr Vance gave her quite a spook, but it seems like he had another spook up his sleeve. A shame she wasn't entirely in the mood for a beach trip with the crew considering she had found out her crush was going out with the captain. She's...mostly past the bummer of a situation but she still wasn't thrilled at potentially seeing Abby in a swimsuit. Ah well, she knew how it all rolled in the end. At least Sagittae's reveal cheered her up a fair bit, and she can always just avoid her for now. It seemed to be a big enough beach to do that. After writing something real quick in her notebook she waltzed off to unload her bags in the quarters before preparing for a nice walk on the beach to do some more....bird watching.

Yeah, she loves that totally innocent hobby.

  3. "Extra sprinkles...yeah, that'll do...how much? Ok." Aliza's line was for the nice clerk at the ice cream stand in the middle of the foot court. She ordered her favorite ice cream. Rocky road with sprinkles, extra sprinkles mind you. Why? Because she's worth it. At least that's what she tells herself. She used her card to pay for the treat and went to a table to feast. As soon as she took her seat she plopped in her ear buds and scrolled through her personal music list on her music player. She quickly selected a track from a robot show that she enjoyed. The name of the show was mostly used for "common" made robots that were grounded in reality, but this particular series was more of a "super robots in disguise" sort of shtick. She liked the twist.

The name of the song? Well one could say it wanted to make her "fly in the sky" if that worked as a hint. By hint I mean total giveaway.

She took a bite into her ice cream with closed eyes, trying to enjoy the very nice flavor. She put out her notebook and started doodling in an open page. This was more or less Aliza's element. Just a lazy day enjoying herself in ice cream, music and her own thoughts. Shame it didn't pull her out of her crush entirely but it was doing something at least. It reminded her that no matter what happens she could at least enjoy her time like this. For as long as she can at least.

  4. "H.huh? Oh no worries no worries..." She waved her hand a bit. "I've been around the block before a few times, kind of a social butterfly...but uh yeah, thanks for that." She smiled a little. Regretting wearing her heart on her sleeve a bit too much. "But you're right. I won't let it get to me...I'll just grab my favorite ice cream just chill for a bit..." She waved a bit and turned. "Thanks a lot you two. Better to know now than to fall flat on my face. Hehe..." She walked along until she left the store.

Once she was sure she was out of sight a rather big sigh was let out. She took out her handy dandy notebook and started writing. 'Taken...figures. Bombshells like that are always snagged.' She shut it and walked along. 'Time to drown in ice cream to more J pop.' She went off to do just that.

  5. Aliza simply listened to Avery talk. That was one heck of an accent. She had a hard time listening. Although a few things did stick out to her...date. Abby. Captain. It sorta hit her. "D...date?" She gawked slightly. It was pretty obvious too, she wasn't good at hiding her emotions. Well that sucks...unless they were into an open relationship. But either way...

"I see...well didn't know they were an item." She rubbed her neck, holding the gift box under her arm. Sort of regretting not keeping that receipt. Then Astin asked to ring her up. "Aaah no no. It's not important. Don't worry about it." She smiled again. "But thanks, appreciate it."

  6. It took a while but Aliza finally found a good parking space. She took the gift box up and walked out of the jeep. 'Alright. Abby should be here somewhere...kind of a big mall though.' The still eager mcbeaver took a good look around. She wasn't sure where to start. "Hm...." Then her eyes landed upon the shop she and El were at before: Orange Theocracy! She wasn't quite sure if Abby was a fashion hunter or not, but everyone needs clothes at some point. So with that in mind she decided to look there.

She walked into the store as the door slid open and a beep sounded out. With a greeting from the cutie behind the register (focus girl focus) she continued her way to a certain part of the store. Alas Aliza did not find Abby here, however she did find two people from the Riese anyway. "Oh!" She made an audible gasp as she turned a corner into the duo: Avery and Astin. "Heeey!" She waved a bit with a smile and a very sneaky wink. "I've seen you two around, never got formally introduced but nice to run into you both. Name's Aliza Silvavolke." She had a brief glance over at Astin as she spoke as well. 'Hm...?' But with the short intro dispensed she continued with a question. "Say, do either of you know where Abigail is? I'm looking for her."

  7. Well it took Aliza a while to wake up. In fact she hadn't yet, she still had her head on her desk, drooling quietly. The Italian girl stayed up all night preparing a surprise gift for one of her favorite girls kept alive on nothing but soda, chips and J pop. She had a certain mecha anime ost on loop for the whole time too, to a point where the music player eventually ran out of power overnight. Only silence came from the ear buds. "...ngh..." She slowly woke up and pulled her head up, taking a good look at the gift she prepared. A finely wrapped box with a letter on it. What did it say? Well we'll find out.

Aliza turned her head to see a clock and...woo boy, someone woke up late. A little past noon. She quickly got up and rushed off to grab a shower and a quick bite to eat. After an hour, she rushed into the garage looking for some kind of car. She was in a zipped up jacket and shorts, and she had her gift in her arm. Looking determined. She took a good while asking around the ship as to where Abby was, someone pointed her to the mall. Aliza deeply regretted not staying there after all. There weren't many jeeps left to drive, but thankfully Aliza found one and swiftly jet out of the garage. The package for her good blond friend rested on shotgun. She realized her music player was dead so she used the jeep's radio instead. She shifted through the channels until she found something that tickled her fancy and rocked that for most of the way. It helped relax her anxiety a bit as she thought a bit to herself. 'What to do...it's 2:30. Real late for lunch, but we can still hang. Maybe we can have dinner later too. On me.' She grinned wide. 'Assuming she's down for the date anyway.' Anxiety turned into excitement the more she thought about it. What could go wrong here I wonder.

  8. "Hm? Oh these?" She listed the bag. "Just some things for me yeah, no worries." She took another smile. Elaine looked like she was having the time of her life. Excellent. Makes her happy to see someone else happy. "Well now that you got some new clothes did you wanna look into a new hairstyle? Or did you wanna head back? We got all the time in the world to talk about hair so no pressure."

  9. Aliza watched Elaine walk off to go change. She was a nice girl in the end, she just needs to be less tense. Although Aliza suspected that wasn't entirely her fault, even she could tell the Riese had a bit of tension going around with this mole business. She's still very fresh so she has no idea how to even handle it. But she did want to lighten the mood a bit, and most of all get to know some of her favorites so far.

She let Elaine take her time with the outfit and walked down another aisle. She noticed a few cute tops out on display and an idea hit her. "...hm." With a smile she picked out a pair of peculiar tops and went to buy them at the counter. Only took a quick minute. With the receipt in hand she quickly took the boxes and walked back to meet with Elaine. Right on time too, she was out and ready. "Oooooh!" And back came the bright smile. "Man was I right. You look nice in that. Very nice."

  10. "Hm...I gotcha." She took a few nods, listening intently. Then she took a good look at Elaine, and I mean a GOOD look. More than she ever did during the time she knew her. "...sorry hope you don't mind the leering, just trying to commit details to memory..." After another short moment she nodded. "Alright. Shorts. Looks like you can pull off short shorts just fine. You'd need a matching top and...scarf? That'd be kinda cute but it can't just be ANY old scarf. It's gotta flow ya know?" She took a look around. "Maybe we can do something with your hair too. Short is nice, but some people find it a little boring. I for one think there's potential for surprises. Maaaaybe we can braid some parts a little?" She giggled at the thought of a full make over. "Ah but we can get to that later if you're willing. Anyway..."

She took an outfit off the rack and held it out. They were light blue short shorts with a matching white top and a fashionable light blue jacket to go with it. The jacket had a feather insignia on the back too. "Try this on. It's a bit bright but hey flashy is fun, right?" Another grin as she shoved the set into her arms, a little aggressively she might add. "Take your time too. I'm gonna shop around for the oth-I mean for myself."

  11. Aliza was still imagining her favorite crew members in the adorable outfits. In fact she was just about to construct her image for Jess. Ah yes Jess. She would look good in just about anything. Perhaps she'd look fine in that nice set of-or not. Because Aliza's thoughts were suddenly cut off by Elaine calling for her help. Poor timing. "Ugh..." She groaned to herself quietly. Aliza disliked being pulled out of her fantasies sometimes. But alas, can't say no to a cutie. "You want fashion tips from me?" She turned and looked Elaine over. She looked pretty nice to Aliza. She's seen better but she's certainly seen worse. "Hm...well...light blue might look good on you. Let's see what we got..." She took Elaine's hand and pulled her off to a section. "Are you a shorts girl or a skirt girl? Do you want to be subtle or do you wanna flaunt it? Do you like accessories?"

  12. "Orange Theocracy? Sure sounds great!" She spoke and watched the girl fail to land the basket and followed with a smile. "I used to date a girl that worked at an Orange Theocracy actually. She was nice." Another date story ensued as they walked toward the clothing store.

Once Aliza was content with her special BBQ chips she gladly followed Elaine into the clothes store, and she took a good look around the store. "Man it's been a while. Haven't been in one in weeks." She walked over to a display with a nice yellow ensemble with a matching purse. "Hm...kinda bright. Not for me but...oooh they have one in blue..." She turned to another. Aliza looked like a kid in a candy store with all these nice sets to look at. "Hm..." You would think she wanted to get one for herself but not quite. No she was too busy imagining the female crew mates back at the Riese in some of these. Specifically Olivia and Abby. Olivia might look quite nice in that red top and those hip hugger jeans. Whereas Abby herself with her slightly forward attitude might enjoy the black halter and matching skirt. Quite a sight to behold indeed... "Hmmmm~" She couldn't help but smile to herself as she got lost in her slightly perverse thoughts.

  13. "Riiiight?" She grinned wide taking another bite. Yeah Aliza and Elaine were kicking it off rather decently. "Hm...well we could just windowshop around some of the stores a bit. I wouldn't mind buying more BBQ chips, running out for some reason." She spoke as she finished her food and rolled the trash up in a ball. "Up to you. I'll go where you wanna go. Make it an adventure." She smiled as she tossed the trash ball into a nearby bin. From downtown it landed! "Two points!" She laughed. "Anywho ready and willing El."

  14. "Hee hee, they're so easy to just eat and suggest. They're everywhere." Burgers and fries were indeed common. Though she thought it wouldn't hurt to try something different too if Elaine wanted to. She followed Elaine to the food court and took a look around herself. Elaine decided to change her mind and go with the classic fast food combo. Can't blame a girl for the easy answer nothing wrong with that at all. She did the same in fact and took a seat with the red. "Movies? Well there's a nice action comedy flick going on about two cops. Kinda nice but I prefer romance movies myself." He dipped a fry into her paper ketchup cup nearby and took a bite. "Mm...they can get cheesy but I like the ones with happy endings. Overdone yeah but...Iunno. Maybe I'm too weak to see something tragic..." She half joked and swallowed.

  15. Aliza stepped out of the car. To be honest the two hours just flew by with their chat. At least to her. She gets lost in conversation all the time, and to be honest Elaine wasn't half had to look at. The nice conversation and car ride actually worked to Elaine's favor, for she has received a score upgrade. Aliza jotted down her revised score from a 6.5 to a 7. Very nice! "Oh sure. I'm pretty starved actually." She agreed while she closed the book on that chapter. "I'm good with just about anything but I love burgers and fries. Kinda basic yeah but ya know. Can't beat what works."

  16. Well this was a nice surprise considering what happened at that meeting not too long ago. It impressed Aliza, wasn't enough to revise a score but we'll see. "Oh yeah. Nice to actually relax for a change and not have a hailstorm of bullets and beams headed our way." Then came the offer to check out the shops and restaurant. "Hm...sounds like you're asking me on a date~" She teased slightly. Despite her outbursts she was cute. Still... "I'm kidding." She laughed. "Yeah totally. I got nothing going on right now. Lead on El." She kept her grin on after she threw out that nickname from left field.

  17. Whew, it was sure hot at Central. Hot enough to put Aliza in a tank top and shorts. Her hair was put up in a bit of a high tail as well. Was it meant to mimic Abby's style? Who knows. Either way this was where her old squad partner Hicks left, spirit still broken. All she could do was wish him a good life. "...hm..." She wrote in her notebook as she walked, trying to distract herself from her own nagging thoughts. How do you comfort someone who lost someone dear to them? Where do you even start? That was something she couldn't figure out for the life of her, she was clueless. It was frustrating to say the least.

Well the notebook did a decent job distracting her at least, but what really caught her attention was a quick hello from Elaine. "...?" She turned and saw the other girl. Aaah right Elaine. Let's see if she can improve that score. She shut the notebook and smiled wide. "Elaine...ciao!" She slipped it in her back pocket. "Good to see you. How're you holding up?"

  18. "U.uuuh..." That was...sudden. Yeah Aliza didn't notice the squeeze on the captain, so to her it just seemed like a strange twitch. Like a bug came down her outfit or something along those lines. At least that's as far as she could guess. When the captain left the girl looked over at Abby with a confused look on her face. "Does the captain have a nervous twitch or...something?" She looked over to where Jess rushed off. "What was that about?"

  19. Well that seems to fit a bit of the description she had in mind. But angry? She didn't recall the person in mind being angry. Then again, public appearances and all. Pissed off looks don't sell albums after all. "Well I was just curious if she-" However before she was able to answer Abby's question up came captain Jess, a bit...wary? She wasn't sure if that was the word for it, but she went with it. Or rather she assumed she was, though it probably wasn't her concern why she is. She simply saluted the superior officer and simply nodded in agreement with Abby. No she hadn't seen him at all after the meeting.

Then came the next question... "Christina?" She thought for a moment. Yeah if Abby didn't have much on her then the newbie didn't. Still... "Hm...I'm with Abby to be honest. We're short handed and we got trouble coming out the woodwork. So it wouldn't hurt as long as we know what's up with her...I think." She rubbed her head, slightly shaky on that last part.

  20. Well Jess' sneaky act wasn't noticed by Aliza. She was too busy laughing it up with her friend Abby here. "Hm, that's nice yeah. Grazie! I'll pick up any handmedowns you guys don't need, no worries!" As they entered the cafeteria and received their food of choice a question suddenly came up in Aliza's mind that she recalled from the battlefield. "...so Abby mind if I ask you something?" Whether she answered yes or no Aliza went forward with her question regardless.

"I heard the name Kim over the open comms during the battle...is there a Kim onboard?"

  21. "Oh right. Sorry sorry, gossip's an old habit of mine..." She laughed a bit. Ever the social one Aliza had to talk about something to keep things lively, even if it's joking about tense situations. Still Abby had a point, so she complied with a nod. "Alright. Well I did want to have a bite to eat so maybe the cafeteria? I promise I won't be loud this time." She continued another laugh. "And if you could? I'm still kinda learning the ropes around here."

After a moment she took in her situation. Good thing the sniper didn't do some real damage, Aliza wouldn't have liked that. "I'm glad it didn't tear a hole in your mech...as for mine..." She thought on it for a minute. "Well it seems kinda low grade compared to some shiny toys around here. I'm almost jealous." She paused with an upward head tilt, thinking on the custom part. "Hm. Well if a new mech comes that'd be cool...but you think other vets here might have dibs first? I am just the new girl after all. But I guess some custom work might not be too out of the question." She did get a new weapon but still. The idea piqued her interest.

  22. Whew. That Elaine sure made herself known. Spying on them? Was this about that mole she heard from small whispers on the ship here and there? Ya know when Aliza came onto the ship she thought they meant some kind of facial mole as a joke. She sort of wished it was because man did the air get tense in that room. She thanked the stars the meeting was brought to an end, as soon as it was she got the hell out of dodge. With her notebook to her chest she took a slight sigh. 'Man Elaine really lost it in there...she really needs to get laid...' Wasn't gonna be her that's for sure. She had another person in mind.

No not to do THAT, she had to work up to it. But either way the person in mind wasn't too far from her. She took a look over at the hall toward the infirmary and saw a familiar face. With a wide grin she knew what had to be done... "Aaaaabbyyyyyyyyy~" She called out as she slipped on through toward her friend a bit quick, carrying her usual wide smile. "Hm, sure was thick as a fog in there wasn't it. Kinda sucks every meeting has to be that tense. I mean I know we're in a war but still..." She laughed a bit nervous trying to break the air. "Anywho...how're you holding up after that fight?"

  23. Aliza was going to need a bigger notebook to keep all this in. Clones were one thing that made her raise a brow in surprise, but cat aliens? That was something else, almost out of some kind of crazy sci-fi movie she heard about from one of her old girlfriends. She tried to imagine how these cat like aliens would look. Of course they'd have the ears and faces just like she said...but she wondered how exactly the body structure would be like.

She almost swiftly discarded that idea however given that this was all their doing of course, and things might get a bit too...funny for her liking if she even thought on it. Still she won't lie she was curious to see one, very curious. "Hmm..."
