  1. tbh I just rolled my eyes at the cast since it was pretty much the standard Shadow Dragon/Awakening/Fates, considering they did tease a bunch of other characters such as Ike, Micaiah, and Sothe. Though obviously it is for good reason since those are some of the more recent and popular...? (not sure about Shadow Dragon) so they are the most enticing for the audience. Yeah I feel like they missed out by not adding any of the Tellius cast honestly.

Though I wish they added Hector as an axe user over Lissa

  2. for FE14 (not so much in FE13) I pair units so the child would have a good hair color .-. (Red-haired Rhajat, Seigbert is too weird for me to look at), so I'll always have the same pairings such as Xander/Charlotte or Hayato/Orochi or Nyx. Though for older FE's I usually just go with canon pairs

  3. Just finished USUM and I have to say, it was quite boring for me honestly. Idk I guess I was turned off by the very long and boring early game (probably why I would not replay SM or USUM) and idk it just felt very bothersome to play through the game again. Though it is weird for me since I was content with replaying Platinum after DPP got released.

Though I'm quite excited about the post game so, hopefully my enjoyment will come back again.

My final team (named after Constellations) is Decidueye - Orion, Ribombee - Cygnus, Lanturn - Aquarius, Archeops - Draco, Bewear - Aries, and Metagross - Capricorn. Though Decidueye was not fun to use honestly, I wished I had picked Litten tbh (I picked Popplio in SM and wanted to use something else)

  4. I mostly agree with the list except the big maps part. I think maps should be a mix between smaller (think castle, boat maps) and larger (fields, plains, more open maps) since it pretty much makes mounted units a lot more desirable and makes infantry units a lot less useful (especially knights). Tbh I kinda liked the fatigue system in FE3 since it forces you to use all the characters rather than just a few (one of the reasons why I liked Radiant Dawn is that it forces you to use almost all of the entire cast) but, something tells me that I'm the minority on this topic.

I do like having the Avatar and I feel that it is ok for them to have a personality already. Though the avatar is probably there so that the player have someone they can customize/personalize to make it their own.

I'm also ok with a 2nd Generation if it does something similar to FE3 and not some time traveling/outrealm BS that felt forced into the game

Hello hooman. I too am not an alien trying to conquer this planet.

For future reference, just cuz it will save some confusion down the road, Radiant Dawn is actually FE10 and Shadow Dragon is FE11.

Also Atlus makes some dope games.

haha thanks! I get my FE #'s confused all the time since I just call them by their names. And yeah I love Atlus games, anticipating SMT 5 which is coming soon ^^

Yeah it is an Atlus game (it is a collab between Chunsoft and Atlus), thought I have never heard of it ;o

  6. Ilyana literally tries to seduce men (Zihark, Gatrie) to give her food and all of her supports always talk about how hungry she is; whereas Ike only has 1 support that talks about his food intake (with Oscar). Ilyana has my vote

Also Ilyana shows up as an easter egg in Tokyo Mirage Sessions as a waitress.

  7. Favorites

L' Arachel - I pretty much only use her because I like her personality and her interactions with Rennac and Dozla, also the Troubadour/Valkyrie class is one of my favorites to use in general. Though if you are going to play SS efficiently, L'arachel is a waste of time to train because Troubadours got nerfed (base Movement went from 7 to 6), she comes with a D in staves, and you probably already have Moulder/Natasha/Artur who are much better. So essentially, you pretty much have to spend quite a bit of time (considering you need to Staff spam) to get her up to speed.

Setsuna - Love her absent-minded personality and her view on life (also she is probably one of the only characters in BR that had a non-cliche/boring personality). She also has the added benefit of passing her offspring a good amount of Speed. Though her problems lie in her growths and the fact that Takumi exists, she's also a terribly outclassed unit in Revelations.

Charlotte - Even though she is a gold digger with good intentions... still doesn't change the fact that she's a gold digger. Though I like her 2-faced personality.

Kieran - Doesn't seem like someone I'd like to be around honestly due to his very exuberant and flamboyant personality, he's also kind of arrogant at times in his supports with Rhys and Oscar. Though he is one of the best units in PoR (imo) and is decent in Radiant Dawn. Also, Axes aren't my favorite weapons to use just because I prefer Higher Acc/Lower Dmg to Lower Acc/Higher Dmg.

    Least Favorites

Meg - The meme of FE10. She has wonky growths and terrible bases (like why is her DEF growth so low and her Lck so high?). Though she seems pretty down to earth on the very few conversations involving her (like the one with Zihark).

Faye - Now she's pretty unpleasant lol... As shown with her supports with Silque. Though she is a solid Cleric since she gets Physic and Anew.

Amelia - Had a bad time training her since she just kept dying (leading to some rage moments), though she makes a killer Paladin if you eventually get her there.

Est - She needs to stop getting kidnapped, though she becomes a pretty solid unit if you decide to train her since she can surpass Palla (and possibly Catria).

Takumi - He was an ass to everyone (like why did he randomly hate Azura) though he's possibly one of the best units in Fe14.

Shinon - Same reason as Takumi, except he was an ass to Ike because of his pride. Though I like how he showed a softer side when he chose to mentor Rolf and he's also a really good unit in Radiant Dawn (though he sucks in PoR).

  8. Hello all, I've been lurking at SF for a while and decided to make an account today. I'm 19 years old and I'm currently in my 2nd year of college (back story, I started school early) and I'm an aspiring Media & Comms major. Other than FE, I like Pokemon (I'm also on Smogon too, maybe some of y'all have seen me if you go there?), Legend of Zelda, and any game released by Atlus (especially SMT and Persona). I also enjoy drawing, graphic design, exploring new places, and staring into space while thinking about life : ].

Anyways I hope we can all be friends, if not, then that's ok too

Favorite Game - Radiant Dawn FE10

Least Favorite Game - Shadow Dragon FE12

Favorite Characters - L'Arachel, Nils, Oboro, Genny, Fae, Kieran, Charlotte, Serra

Least Favorite Characters - Meg, any character with a boring personality

Favorite Class - Troubadours, Pegasus Knights, Mages, and Wyvern Riders

Least Favorite Class - Knights (except Effie)

Favorite Quotes - "I. Don't. LIKE YOU" (Genny), "I'm gonna tear you in half" (Charlotte), "...disgusting..." (incest twins)
