Azura will have a sadistic grin when about to kill her mom again. Corrin will smile when fighting their siblings or Mikoto. Takumi and Sakura will smile when about to attack Ryoma. (Okay, maybe not too far fetched for the former)

Mustafa is a Berserker, even though he would rather not fight Chrom and admires the peace loving Emmeryrn. Same thing for Kumegara, a fearsome looking Oni Chieftan. He just wants to kill Garon, who by this point really needs to be offed, and doesn't want to fight the other Nohrians.

I presume she took her class after being “adopted” by Camilla. Still, she should have been able to reclass to a Ninja or Outlaw.

Is there any character whose stats or personality doesn’t make sense for their class? Ronan, the Archer who wanted to be a mage. Despite being an archer, his stats emphasize his magic.

Yeah. I don't like villains that are obvious at first. Garon basically had a neon sign that said "Bad guy" when I first saw him. It's the same reason why I dislike Validar. But Garon has it worse, since pretty much all of Validar's minions, (except Aversa) are evil themselves, while the Nohrian siblings and retainers, who clearly have a conscience, follow Garon. Especially bad for Xander, since it basically takes Garon outright saying he's evil to get him to turn on him. In my rewrite, Nohr is losing a war against Hoshido. It's made ambiguous who started the war. Both Mikoto and Garon are shown to love their children, but show no mercy to enemies. Also, depending on which route you pick, the enemy royal becomes corrupted by Anankos. And another thing. Maybe we should have seen the real Garon in Valla. The Hoshidan siblings, Corrin, and Azura face their own parents, so why not the Nohrians? Another character I would expand would be Rinkah. Why don't we see her Tribe? We see the Wind and Ice Tribe, so it seems like a weird choice not to include the Fire Tribe. Peri also needs some rewrite. I would make her a capturable boss. Maybe a rogue Nohrian general, similar to Hans. You'd have the opportunity to choose between sparing her or not.

Leo is supposedly the best Mage in Nohr. But he only has a C rank in Tomes when you first get him. (Repeat for all the royal siblings)

It doesn’t help that the only default Oni Savage in Birthright, Rinkah, has terrible strength growths. Sakura has better strength then she does. Actually, why does Birthright lack axe users? The only units that can use axes in their base classes are Scarlet and Rinkah. Maybe we should have met more Oni Savages. It could be some world building too, as we don’t see the Flame Tribe unlike its counterparts.

Would the new game+ be playing as Rhajat stalking Corrin?

At least it was satisfying to kill him with Mozu. The mighty ninja, felled by a random villager with a bow. And he has a totally bullshit reason to be fighting you in Conquest in the first place.

Pick a character who retreats instead of dying. (Most of the females in Awakening, or Most males in Fates, for instance) Then, make an actual death quote for them. I'll start: Ryoma:"I've failed my Kingdom....I at least died with honor."

Orochi mentions collecting rare herbs in her Hayato support, so she can be an apothecary. Kaze is devoted to his master Corrin, just like a Samurai. Kagero is friends with Orochi, so she can be a diviner. Gangrel is the ruler of Plegia, home of many dark mages, so he can be a Dark mage. His brutal personality means he can also be a barbarian. Hayato is from a tribal area, so he can be a Oni Savage. Same thing with his daddy. Fuga is shown to be very wise, so he's a Monk. Shura used to be a ninja, so that's his reclass option. He's also a criminal, so he can become a Berserker, but he has a good heart, so he can be a Hero too. Mozu is a good hunter, so she can be an archer.

Senno, the boss of Ophelia's paralouge, is trying to collect rare tomes. He's an Apothecary/Merchant, meaning he can't use magic at all. Maybe he should collect bows instead.
