Yes, this is Pokemon Flarp. A minor hack of Pokemon Fire Red containing edited text (Only Pallet Town is finished on that), new wild Pokemon, edited attack names, Island names, and Route names, and Gym Leaders with one legendary apiece (save Koga). Unfortunately, this hack is plagued by spontaneous bugs. If you spot one, notify me and I will get right on it. (I encourage you to take a screenshot to point it out).
