Yeah I saw Edelgard's backstory and the whole rebellion of the 7 things posted on the Adrestian page. Kinda unprofessional of a wiki to start posting it before release.

But there's some fun info too. Apparently Dimitri's kingdom was founded by a man named Lugh. Lugh and Dimitri might become palls in Heroes.

Yeah, I like the little nods to previous Fire Emblem stuff like Briggid and Dagda too

  2. I was rooting around the fire emblem 3h wiki and I think I found potential Black Eagles route story spoilers... just bringing it to everyone's attention...

From what I read it seemed pretty solid, so black eagle people are in for a good story

Of course if the wiki is true, I have no way of telling because I didn't read Thani's leaks...

So PSA, if you don't want to get spoiled on post-timeskip plot stuff, don't look up Edelgard or the Adrestian Empire!

I skimmed the Faerghus/Dimitri and Leicester Alliance wikis and there's nothing too spoiler-ific there, just basic information (On Faerghus it has plot details about Cornelia and some lore behind her but that's it)

  3. Hey everyone,

So if I'm not wrong, I heard somewhere that you can recruit other students to your house just for story aspects, but not for gameplay...?

I'm saying this because I would like to do the Ingrid Dorothea paralogue as the Blue Lions, but I don't plan on recruiting Dorothea in favor of other students...

    Can someone please confirm?

We already know Flayn has a strength in Lance and Faith, so for her a Holy Knight seems like a no brainer.

For Linhardt, since Dark Bishop counts as a "unique" class, not an advanced class, I'd argue he should be a Dark Bishop to take advantage of his dual magic strength.

Let's hope Flayn is good at riding, too!  (or at least not bad at it...)

  5. So I finally came around to making this, here we go!

I fell in love with Fire Emblem when I first saw it, the atmosphere, the numbers, the characters, and to this day it's my favorite game series!  I am indebted to the FE community and the series as a whole, as it was a big part of my life for the last few years, and I made some friends through the series!  I struggle with elitism/total obsession and the fact that I think I know more about the series than any of my peers do... it's a bit frustrating that I can't talk for hours on end about the earlier games... so thanks Serenes Forest, I can do it here!

I am an aspiring comic artist/character designer, and I am working towards making a comic that I will post (sometime? in the future?)... I'm proud to say that I will be quoting L'arachel in one of the earlier chapters, but anyway, let's hope Queen's Gambit (working title) sees a release one day!

  6. I'm surprised I haven't really seen this yet on any FE community, (or maybe it's just me being asleep idk) but is there any place to put what affinity you have (Fe7 tactician style) based on your birth month?  I think it would be cool to see what affinities anyone in the community has, and there are set ones based on your birth month.  Or, if you don't want to put your birth month, put your favorite!  I know some thunder affinities irl, so it's just a nice thing to bond over.

  7. I don't think the burnout will be all that bad, I'm hoping that each playthrough/route will have something different to offer.  What's interesting is the sandbox-ish levels of customization in the game, even if you are playing the same house you can do different class combinations.  But I see where you are coming from with recycled stuff, let's hope the game handles it well?

well, the dancer class can wield magic

if this includes the ability to heal, dancer mercedes wouldn't actually be a bad idea

But then you're going to have to choose to either dance or heal on one turn... Mercedes is a really good healer but dancing is also really good

Are there any female characters in the other houses or among the professors/knights that you like? You could potentially change any of them into a dancer. The monastery people should be super easy to get, unlike students from other houses as well

Do you have any monastery people that you recommend to make a dancer?  I haven't really given them any thought to be honest...

  10. Hello, everyone.

I'm planning to play the Blue Lions route when Three Houses releases, but there's a problem: I'm not really sure who to make the dancer in the Blue Lions.  There's a small group of females in the group (I'm guessing dancer is female-locked as I saw evidence of both Hilda and Dorothea as dancers, both female) but the thing is that the three females in the group already have other planned jobs within my team.  (I want Ingrid to be a flier, Mercedes to be a priest, Annette to be a normal mage).  I understand that you can freely change classes, but if I want a dancer for one map (mandatory in my eyes) I will skip out on the other niches that the girls happen to fill.  I'm probably recruiting Ferdinand to the Blue Lions to complete my plan of usurping Edelgard... also because I like his character a lot.  Do you all have any suggestions?

This is a cool idea I had some time ago, before we knew as much information we have now regarding Three Houses and the characters.  From his first character bio, Dimitri struck me as an interesting character, and I had the idea, what if his “shadow” was that he wasn’t the heir but instead cut down/defeated/was better than his older siblings to be the house leader of the Blue Lions? Idk maybe I like court intrigue and family feuds too much... so maybe he carries the shadow of being the “boasted prince” by being better than his siblings?  Faerghus is ruled by the royal family, I was hoping for some intrigue to come with it or something... like the Bern royal family I guess

It’s never really explicitly said (at least to my knowledge) that Dimitri’s the heir like Edelgard and Claude... maybe that’s a motive for him to be how he is after the timeskip?

welp rip my theory as of the last blue lions content released... let's hope his "misfortune" is due to his family?
