You probably do it the same way you recruit students, except it happens after time skip.
So "Recruit" is still present after time skip, but its teachers this time.

I can see DLC quests being some Pay to Win staff like "give me 5 portions of Vulnerary and i will reward you with 100k gold!"

A school uniforms for Byleth's aka how Byleth would look as a student, i can see something like that.
Oh and swimsuits and maid/butler costumes.
And pirate cotumes, and santa outfits. Maybe some cosplay costumes i.e Robin and Corrin costumes for Byleth.
I can go on and on, you get the picture.

DLC "clothes" would imply there should be a costume selection, i.e. Edelgard is a Lord but she has her Noble outfit, so she would have Lord's skills but the appearance of Noble.
Maybe you can change what costumes characters have in the monastary too.
Assuming that "clothes" actually mean new costumes, and not classes.

It does look similar, but i dunno where they got the cape though.

And here are the sprites funny enought the "swordmaster" does have a skirt like thing
And the "Assassin" has a cape and an armor pad similar to F.Byleth hmmm....

There is also the fact that she gets the sword of Seiros (you can see it in E3 trailer), IS is really trying to hard to turn her and Byleth into Seiros and Nemesis, like the parallels are everywhere.
Like we get it, those two are
fuckingmore important then Dimitry and Claude.I think if you play GD or BL routes the game will make a WAY bigger deal out of Byleth fighting Edelgard then the other lord.
But no seriously those two are totaly fucking though...
