There has been a mention that Edelgard has two bloodlines. Hence the Bone Axe and the Sword of Seiros.
It doesn't matter if she has two bloodlines or not because she only has one crest, and crests are the only things that matter when it comes to the Relics. The sword she's using looks different from all the other special weapons and is most likely not a Relic.

School trip dlc when?

So in the bio posted in this thread it says Marianne's the adopted daughter of a duke, but on the characters page it says she's the adopted daughter of an earl. This is actually super important because if the ruler of Edmund is an earl (unlike Gloucester and Goneril which are ruled by dukes), then we can safely cross it out as the fourth crest on the Leicester insignia. Notably, Lysithea is said to be the daughter of the duke of Cordelia, and her crest is not the Cordelia crest.

The biggest ones for me are Three Houses and Silksong.
I'm also looking forward to Ori but they showed so little of it that I'm not sure it counts. (I'm only counting Silksong because of the playable demo in the e3 booths. If you didn't know about this then look up footage on Youtube or the Hollow Knight subreddit right now.) Baldur's Gate 3 also fall into the category of too little shown.
I''ve played through the Cris Tales demo on Steam and that game has a lot of potential.
I've been thinking of getting Collection of Mana or the Trials of Mana remake, but I'm not really sold on the combat system.
Octopath Traveler on the other hand has a combat system that seems really fun, but the game is so long and there's so many other things I need to play. Breath of the Wild 2 is in a similar spot. I've basically sworn off open world games because my completionist-compulsive ass is just gonna get stuck in them forever.
Edit: Oh right, Pokemon Sword/Shield looks kinda interesting as well, although I'm kinda mixed on the designs revealed so far. Don't really care too much about the controversy since I've never transferred Pokemon between games anyway.

Who's to say her ancestor wasn't a great or saint that founded Brigid long ago? she's a royal so it's possible nothings confirmed yet people assumed Mercedes didn't have one because her surname is not label on the map anywhere and look what happen there's really no rule that every crest has to be exclusive to the central main part and not the shaded areas.
Weren't the Greats and Saints all subservient/allied to Seiros though? And didn't they al lfollow the goddess? If so, wouldn't a kingdom founded by one of the Greats count as a part of Fodlan? Fodlan isn't really a pure geographical term (or else Sreng would be part of Fodlan too). Fodlan is the area that was once held by Seiros and currently follows the Church.
-
It's highly unlikely that Petra has a crest since she's from outside Fodlan, and thus should be outside the influence of Seiros and the worship of the goddess. Maybe if there's a lot of intermarriage between Brigid and Fodlan. But the Black Eagles has seven nobles and some will have to be without unless they want the Black eagles to just have more crests than everyone else.

She does seem to be wearing a head-piece. If you look at the very top of her head, you can see that the hair seems to be the same color.
That's just light reflecting off the top of her headpiece. Her actual hair color (which is really similar to Edelgard's) can be seen by her ear and under the links where the center piece connects to the right and left pieces.

So far Cris Tales is the new reveal that has me the most interested. I've already played the demo on steam.

This one is very interesting. Even Bethesda seemed to think it was too much. There's this one guy going ''woooo'' the entire time and there's a lot of speculation Bethesda had him removed. Apparently Todd Howard could be caught saying ''If you bring him back I'll walk out, walk straight to my office. Its all fucked' when his mic was still on.
That was actually fake. The audio was taken from an HBO trailer.

The Reaper Knight is stated to look otherwordly, and it seems to kidnap people for the Flame Emperor without the latter having to do any work himself. So obvioulsy the reaper Knight is the Flame Emperor's stand. And since Byleth's stand Sothis can reverse time, and only villains have time-manipulating stands, the player is actually the bad guy and the Flame Emperor was secretly the good guy all along.

It's possible that they didn't choose Cristina Vee for Edelgard because they chose her for another character instead.

Anything about Hollow Knight: Silksong. I absolutely need a release date.
What I want:
Three Houses
Hollow Knight: Silksong
Ori and the Will of the Wisps
New Paradox Grand Strategy (prefereably a fantasy game or Victoria 3)
Witchbrook
Would be cool/interesting:
New Zelda
New Paradox expansion
Both of Larian's newly announced games (Divinity: Fallen Heroes and Baldur's Gate 3)
Long given up hope:
A proper Paper Mario game
-
Edelgard's "Forward, now!" was very clear and had no narration over it.

This decision was most likely made at least half a year ago.

Oh my god, I would actually be on board with having Larvitar as the starter for that. So they totally wouldn't.
For the conference, there's the chance that they'd mostly explain already announced stuff like Rumble Rush, but there's a lot of spinoffs that could get a shot, even Snap's not impossible (If very unlikely).
As for Sword and Shield, I just hope there's something to build upon after just how unnecessary US/UM were.
My money's definitely on Togepi+Marill.

Screw it, I'm betting on Marianne getting revealed before Leonie.
-
Dominic isn't anywhere on the world map, right?
-
Lysithea seems to have a much more famous voice actress than the other random students, so it seems likely that she'll have a special role.

"His wyvern also looks very unique compared to other wyverns."
"His wyvern is very cool though. It's white with orange hair."
"Who has the best beard?" "Claude's wyvern!"
So it turns out I was slightly off about the color of the beard.
-
Honestly I'm just hoping the part about Claude getting a white wyvern with a red beard is true.

So apparently the card game calls Byleth's Crest "The Crest of the Goddess". This is unlike the leak which called it "The Crest of Creation". The Cipher name is in Japanese while the leak had the English localization, but I think this is te biggest strike against the leak so far.

Thani said there is a character in the Church named Alois who was from Almyra, but she also called Alois "Cyril," so she might have gotten their names backwards.
No I'm pretty sure Alois and Cyril were two separate characters in the leak. I don't think we've seen Cyril yet.

Yeah but Thani didn't just say that you'd end up fighting students from other houses at certain points, but that you would KILL them. That's not automatically a war, but if you're killing other students then it isn't some minor squabble.
Did you even read my post? Ispecualted that students would get turned into Black beasts and that you'd have to put them down.

Speculation time: Maybe the teacher didn't run away and unbeknownst to all was abducted by the Reaper Knight.
I kinda like Caspar's design. His hair reminds me a bit of Robin's from Batman.
Or maybe they hid so they could take on their new identity as the Flame Emperor`?
...we're being tricked.

This is going into leak territroy but since the choking scene happens while Dimitri narrates about "the strong trampling the weak" I think it might be
a flashback to when his family was killed.
