I actually REALLY like this idea. Have Rhea join a bit later on, maybe four chapters into SS and have Seteth be her retainer. Personally I've really warmed up to Mr. Green Hair Axe man, but I agree that he alone really can't support a route as lord alone. Also nice to see so many suggestions about possible tweaks to the SS route! Hopefully I can provide some of my own when I beat it.

Look I really underestimated how badass the GD were when I did Blue Lions, I also didn't know how much of a tiny tactical nuke Lys was. But it's okay, Ingrid then proceeded to crit both Raph AND Lys as soon as Sylvain died.

Sylvain honestly surprised me to be honest with how interesting he was. People who just dismiss him for being a two-timing cheater kinda miss the point that 70% of the cast are admonishing him nearly every step of the way. The people who complain about him don't end up seeing the real Sylvain, a broken boy who was only loved by suitors and his family for his Crest and was utterly hated by his brother for just being born a certain way. That's gonna fuck anyone up. And they also miss the part where Sylvain...doesn't really have many A-Ranks with girls. There's a few yeah, like Dorothea and Ingrid (my one and only for Sylvain tbh), but it also helps highlight that it takes a special kind of girl that can see past the BS front Sylvain puts up to see the real him. People like Mercedes, Ingrid and Byleth (F) are perfect matches for him in this regard. In short, yeah friendship ended with Inigo. Sylvain is my friend now. Barring the fact Sylvain died at Gronder because of a serious tactical error on my part. That error being fighting Lysithea.

Church Route. Do you think it was needed and if you had any criticisms, how would you improve it. Post your thoughts here. Haven't had the time to get to any route besides Blue Lions, but from what I can tell Church is basically GD re contextualized with a different final boss and no showdown at Gronder (Though correct me if I'm wrong but El's route doesn't have a Gronder rematch either). I personally think having the Church is kinda needed assuming you love your BE babies but don't gel with Edelgard's philosophy, but it can definitely be better. So go on folks, get to discussin'! What do you think of the Seteth and Flayn's wacky adventures route and how would you improve it?

Let's think about it for a second. Byleth can, with Sothis' help, return to a previous point in time to undo a previous mistake, even going back to his own turn and stop an enemy from say killing Claude, though it has limited uses that can only be increased via the Saint statues. Meanwhile, Gold Experience Requiem, from Part 5 of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, has a remarkably similar ability. GER can basically reset an enemy's action and willpower "Back to Zero". So if you wanted to punch Giorno in the face, GER will say "No, I don't think you will" and rewind time to before you threw your punch, almost like what our little green haired loli dragon does for Byleth. The difference here is that GER can do this as many times as it wants, but for GER to activate this ability, it seems Giorno must be the one being attacked, though I don't believe that's eiver fully elaborated on. So you know what means guys? Byleth was a fucking stand user all along. Dorothea's hat wasn't just a weird little nod, she has Joestar blood in her. Therefore, with the square root of the circumference, we can conclude Fire Emblem Three Hosues is just a medieval Jojo reference. On a semi-related note, who do you think comes out on top? Byleth with Sothis or one golden Italiano boi?

It's okay most of the time, I work at a Publix. Problem is my generally crap hours and realllyyyy bad days. Mainly when it rains cause then I have to dry off carts and wear raincoats that don't fit me. Because I'm dummy thicc. Memes aside I'm actually 237 pounds, gotta slim down. As for other FE titles, I've dabbled into FE7, but kinda stopped after i beat Lyn's story. REALLYYYYY wanna get in the Tellius series, but by god the prices. Tellius is what makes me wanna get a good computer for emulation. Of course I started Three Houses, Blue Lions first playthrough. As for any other series I like...I really like SMT, Persona, Blazblue, Fate etc. I'm a total nerd with a pot on his head, what did ya expect lol.

Yay, first topic! So I'm loving Three Houses so far, but one thing I'm trying to figure out is the Death Quotes. Most of them seem more like retreat quotes, even on Classic. One person told me that a person's quote becomes a true death quote after the big time skip, but can anyone confirm this? It's the most minor of details in an otherwise pretty good game, I realize, but It is something I was curious about.
