That looks pretty cool! I do have one concern...
Is this person supposed to be terrified? If so, it's perfect. Otherwise...you are sharing WAY too much sclera and iris.HERE is a picture of a female eye [Though I'm thinking you might have been going for a guy...a pretty bishie guy...lol] and HERE is a male eye. As you can see, the eyes are more almond shaped. Of course, eye shape varies, but for the most part they are almonds.
Buuuuuuuut, like I said before, if you are going for terrified/surprised/abouttopeemypants, It's perfect. Well, shape wise. I'd also like to see some lash when it's opened.

If you go with both of them, you are going to have some serious quality problems. personally, I'd stick to Kon and find someone that is much closer to her level

I have to agree with Saif. The red kinda burned a hole in my computer screen...and my retinas. Plz 2 be using 88 on the S value?
Plus FE8 Ana's hair color just sucksI also do not agree with Taimo's hair color choice.

lol yeah. He did end up looking a lot like Murray after I started piecing things together. So when I went into fixing the shading and all that I reffed off of him a little. lol

Lol. I like the new mug angle. I'm just surprised at the hair quality compared between the cat girl and this dude. The hair shading style has improved from what I can tell. That only makes me more excited to see another one of your typical mugs with the new hair shading style you got going on...if that makes sense. lol

You've improved on hair...though I can't truly judge since it is mostly all at one angle. But it is an improvement from what I can tell. I'd like to see that applied to a not profile mug. lol

Here you go guys. Here's the original.
I only edited the face and kinda the shape on the near pauldron thing...and lightened under the chin because it was verging on ATTACK OF THE BROWN SKIN TONE. Rest of the neck was Nayr's.

But my bad. 0 head in regards to the girl, I mean she has an egg shaped head. Like a 0 compared to an O.

Not to rain on your parade or anything...
But I have to disagree.
1. The male. Your shading on the hair is simplistic. That is a good style, but I must say that the colors are actually working against you. The hair is mega dark...getting even darker than the border color. My suggestion is the change to FE8 colors for the border and skin OR breaking down the contrast drastically with the hair. As for the rest of the sprite, how old is he supposed to be? The face is kinda smushed and he has a rather triangle face going on. He looks really young...as in...7 years old. I doubt you are going for that. I'd square him a bit...even more if you are not going for a bishie look. Overall, he just feels small...
2. She has the triangle face going on as well. She also has a 0 head going on rather than a normally roundish head. The hand is very small too. Proportionally, hands are about the same size as the face. I like the pose though.
3. This girl has the best head so far. Her hair is suffering from the same problem the first guy had...and her poor body is suffering greatly from angles. She kinda reminds me of Mr. Fantastic...with boobs with same charges.
4. This has to be a loli. lol. There is no other way she'd be that small. lol. She has a cute design though. Those eyes, though...they stare into the soul. The colors aren't good either.
5. I'm having trouble here. The angles are all off on the head. She is pretty mishapen. I like the whole modern looking hoodie on the body though. Again, the colors need work.
Consistently, your colors are where your work suffers most. Once they are pleasing to look at, it'll be easier to praise them/critique them more. My ultimate suggestion to you would be to use existing gba portraits as bases and custom over them. You obviously have the talent to custom somewhat without doing damage...just gotta get used to shapes now.

Yeah...it is a tad dark. But oh well. It gives it that kinda hair pop FE8 style. Thanks though. I'll remember that for FE10 Sothe.
Made this for a friend. He told me to make a toaster. So I made it a zombie. So here, have some toast and jelly.
