Really? I can't remember that coming up in any of the games, though it'd make sense. The sooner a child can defend itself (and dragons are really good at defending themselves) the better.
Even so, growing to look 13-14 in the first twenty years, then only aging by two or so years in eighty years is a pretty extreme jump. Of course, this is all dependent on Akaneian and Elibe Manaketes being the same species, which they may not be.

Maybe it's a very specific branch of manaketes that age less slowly than the normal or the developers forgot, because as far as I'm aware, Tiki, Myhrr and Fah are really really old and still look like children, Sofia ages slight faster than them because she's half-manakete, but she's still ages very slowly.
And then there's Roy...To be honest, the biggest reason I think Ninian is his mother is that he looks effing young even for his age.

I just wanted to hijack this topic for a second to ask a question about chapter 15. Is there any trick to taking out the boss, Zile, without resorting to Asvel and Grafcalibur or a sleep staff (which would require a repair staff use)? I tried getting him to use his bow and then ganging up on him with four characters with consecutive-attack weapons, but his evasion is so high that I could only land one out of eight hits, and then he killed everyone anyway.
I didn't exactly need Asvel, I would put my archer(s) in range of his "bow" but rescuying him and droping, it's very tedious but then you wouldn't be hurt

I want Tiamo to be thrown off balance and I want Ronku to adress his gynophobia properly, not as a mere humorous "weakness with women". So far, only Serge and Sariya have managed to understand the reasons behind his trauma.
Wow, you have clear ideas for your pairings, don't you? But I wouldn't say SumiaxFrederick just because of some fanarts. It can be disappointing. But if you're looking for more options, why not SoireexKrom, as Karaszure has suggested? So far, it's my favourite pairing for both of them, I like the whole "childhood friends" and "birds of a feather" vibe. And what about Mariabel x Gaia? She certainly threw the perfect thief off balance :)
Pairing Nono is so difficult... I know we only have some of her possible supports translated, but most of them look like creepy pedobears, yes. Maybe Vake not so much, he doesn't buy the "I'm really 700 years old" excuse [Vake: You're a child at heart, so you're a kid no matter what you say], I respect that, but makes you wonder what happened next that made him forget that "little" detail.
Am I the only one who wnats to see more about Viole? The lady-killer wannabe has to have some interesting conversations with this female cast.
Nah, I'm judging pairing by preferance and what I liked in supports, I don't pretend to play this FE because I don't have the money to buy the 3DS XD, in the case of Frederick/Sumia I'm not expecting that the support will be good because of the fanarts, it's just that I liked some fanarts of them, it's like when You're pretty "whatever" for a pairing and then you read a fanfic and you start liking them because of that.
I dunno, so far I like FemMU x Krom, that's why I wanted to see all supports that Soiree has because none has taken my liking, GaiaxMariabell isn't shabby, but I don't think it will be my otp ^^, Mariabell is higly likeable to me, I love her personality, she's really nice, I guess I need to see more pairing that bring more of her nice side, I like warm fuzzies X)

HenryxSariya was a bit disturbing... but what can be expected of two crazy dark mages?
Henry's proposal has to be the weirdest of the bunch ("If Sariya asked me to, I'd even kill our whole army").I'm glad Sariya finds the emptiness in Henry's heart, as she did with Ronku's and Libera's inner darkness (she could be a good psychologist if she was nicer to people). After reading the HenryxOlivia support, I can't see Henry the same way as before. Oh, well, at least HenryxNoire shows that Henry tries to be a good father, although Sariya is too much for him to handle.

Huh, I doubt that it would end the shipping wars, the only fandom so far, that doesn't have shippings wars, is the vanguard Cardfight fandom, as they ship evryone with everyone and the biggest "rivals ships" don't any qualm about a OT3.

And good GOD! Henry and Sariya was cute until the S support, killing the flower for her... Eh...Sariya sounds sane and normal compared to Henry, Jeez, but I think that they somehow match, Yanderes, one most sane and the other insane to eleven....
....The last time I saw two yanderes together as couple was in Yugioh GX and it resulted in a lot of deaths >_>
