Great, now I'm paranoid that rick is town after all. I don't think I want to lynch here anymore. @Lapis; no, but it's likely moot since if nagito flipped town, I'd almost definitely lynch toshio over anyone else. Especially after those latest posts. I think it's similar to new Beast in being a Hail Mary play.

I agree with Omar re: Toshio's stance on Crowler's content. I could do a more indepth read but I don't think I'd change my mind, let alone everyone else's. Laziness wins out.

##vote: Nagito Komaeda Day 1: Early game is fair for ED1, nothing to say here. I don't like how you handled Crowler LD1. Starting from here, you were mostly OK with him but one of his comments bothered you. Why didn't it bother you that Crowler subbed out without addressing it? Your first reaction is to analyse the claim, which I think was a waste of time; not least because you changed your mind on whether you would lynch it when your other reads didn't go anywhere. The issues you had with his slot felt like an afterthought, which would benefit scum trying to avoid being accused of pushing for a mislynch. Day 2: You says the reaction was because you thought Endeavour was swinging the lynch away from his buddy. but; Though you were ahead on votes, Faye was well ahead in terms of support for the lynch. Lapis and Kochiki both wanted to lynch Faye and the impression I got is that they were voting you because it was more productive. Even if you were somehow lynched, Faye is still on the chopping block and Endeavour looks super bad for swinging the lynch your way. FYPOV being lynched should not be a bad thing if it means the last two mafia are cleared out. At that point, you were townreading Endeavour, so suddenly calling him opportunistic instead of getting him to explain his read better seems like nervous scum. Day 3: Honestly, can't really fault it. I would have said you weren't proactive enough in pursuing options other than Endeavour when you were against the lynch, but I didn't re-evaluate him after new Beast's posts. So as you say, blame it on the ennui. Day 4: There feels like a bump in motivation and confidence which I don't feel is faked. sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss This case felt a lot stronger before Beast's flip and Day 4. Still, it's either this or admit I was wrong on Toshio, since I don't think Lapis is Beast's buddy.

@Kokichi if you mean my first post today, that was a jab at town's scumhunting skills. If mafia wanted to push the lynch towards crowler, why would toshio do it with spurious reasoning rather than rick do it with decent reasoning? @Nagito duly noted. I'd be lying if I said I didn't have stronger associative reads.

Nearly done, but I'll get this out before too many posts happen. I'm annoyed with myself that I didn't switch to Beast, but hindsight is 20/20. This is the basis for my Toshio townread, can people address this? I'll admit I have no idea about his content, that's the next thing for me to read. I say we forget about massclaim. I'll use my own judgment once Toshio claims.

My post at the top of the page was because new beast seems self-conscious of the fact their slot has no content and they're trying to force some before phase end. I believe their thought process is faked; if they genuinely feel Endeavour is going to be mislynched, they would start by trying to work out who is pushing for a mislynch. Especially as it seems to be their strongest read.

This is a misrep. Lapis was not objecting to use of associative reads, but saying Nagito was using ED1 interactions and framing them as LD1. He is, and has also explained his progression on Nagito through to today. Find it, read it and compose a proper argument. Your post has indeed proved helpful, to the faction that's not aligned with you. I hope that that is my faction. @nagito you wanna hope with me?

I think new Beast should focus on quality of reads rather than quantity. If they want to read the entire game and comment on it, do it privately and then post the bits they can form a meaningful conclusion from. If it doesn't happen until next phase, so be it.

I read Beast, I can't say I disagree with my old player's assessment of him. The reaction to my slot calling him out was somehow both apathetic and passive aggressive. I don't want to lose momentum and I don't think we need to hear from anyone else. Highly doubt Beast is ever coming back, Omar was around a little while ago, I believe he's said his piece. RL-wise, I'm around for a couple more hours, then I'm not back until tomorrow, so having a night phase then would actually work pretty well for me. ##Vote: Endeavour

@Lapis; are you saying that exchange made you think one of Faye or Endeavour is scum? What specifically makes you think Faye's town flip makes Endeavour worse? @Nagito; Rick has flipped in the OP? I know I said I was fairly confident before, but I'm going to bump it up to quite confident. I wasn't really OK with Endeavour being brought to L-1 so early, but I'm OK with his lynch. I'd sheep Pachinko, his Lapis case isn't convincing me, and my strongest scumread so far depends on his flip. Looking at Rick's ISO, he seemed to always be keeping his options open. When he voted Endeavour, he implied it was a pressure vote and he'd choose Mello if he had to lock in - definitely over Kratos, possibly over Endeavour. Later on, he was alarmed by the manner of Crowler's claim and lowkey tried to convince you to vote him. -- Agree with massclaiming on a mislynch or not-strongman lynch. Would it be worth having vanillas claim first with the role they picked?

1) If you're talking about the quickhammer comment, it doesn't make sense to me. I wouldn't interpret it as directed towards Faye, if anything I'd interpret it as directed towards Rick, sine he was the one who called for a quickhammer on Kichiko; The Batter was talking about purifying corruption and cleansing the land, so compared to Rick that is more obviously RP. 2) What made you come to that conclusion?

at-bat: When you were talking about endeavour's interaction with rick, you said mello's interactions were bad, and you would push him over faye if not for his reaction to crowler. Even if it's a bit indecisive, I'd consider that a read, but for endeavour you only talked about the interaction until toshio prompted you. This gives me the impression that you consider interactions to be a more reliable way of scumhunting than content, but that just makes less sense that you'd throw out the interactions. Landreading lapis to consider endeavour's case, but the post won't come for a couple of hours.
