    Well I love the hack but I think I found a bug. I started a new game and tried to skip the Elibe intro, which worked, but the background of the next scene changed to lyn's prologue map. The cutscence kept going (don't know if this is supossed to happen but I couldn't skip the rest of the cutscene) and when it was over I got to the tale select screen.

    Well I thought I'd post the insertable version here.

    The swords pommel came out kinda crooked, does any have any advice on how to fix that?

    Also new mug:

    Me as an archer. I know it has way more than 16 colors but it's not supposed to be insertable.

    Okay thanks.

    EDIT: Changed the colors so it looked more like me (It probably doesn't have 16 colors because of the sword). I wear almost only black which is why I left the coat as is.

    Thanks GrandScythe2, yeah also think it's way better. I read some of the tutorials they put here before making it.

    Recolor the parts you spliced

    I'm not sure what you mean by this (blame my spanish speaking country). Do you mean that I should change the color of, like the hair and the jacket?

    This is gonna sound so dum

    Also, you have a couple random pieces of the outline shade in the hair near the right eye (our right)

    I have no idea what outline shade is..... sorry. Thanks for the advice on the scar.

    I think the handle of the sword isn't in the middle of the weapon ._. It kinda looks... over

    First off thanks alot for the advice on shading. And yeah the swords gonna look like that because I made one side of the hilt longer than the other. I'll try to move it so that it looks better but it's supposed to look like that. I was inspired by this:

    Hi, well I decided to try splicing so I read the tutorial here and I made this.

    I don't think the alternating floor tiles or the repetition of that...dramatic looking structure or whatever on the lower wall look good

    The dramatic structure is a matter of opinion, I personally do like them. The repetition is because the wall has the same pattern every were, if you look it happens that the walls on top also repeat the same pattern. The alternating floor tiles are so that it doesn't look like he tile-spammed, but if you don't like the color it's because of the pallet (color scheme) not the alternating itself. (sorry if this sounded harsh)

    Well I saw Blazers playthrough of the first chapter and it looked really good. I really like the story so far, especially now that I know you took some ideas from the Blackfyre rebellion. What do you mean by fixed weapon levels? I don't really get that... Anyway, I'm really looking forward to this hack and if you ever need any help (what small help I can give, mostly castle maps) just ask.

    Don't stop, this looks great so farsmile.gif, I'm really looking forward to it.

    Well I do agree that the US system of obtaining guns is wrong, for example in most contries , like Chile, you have to go through so much to get 1 gun. My friend is a sharpshooter (sport) and he has to go through 6 mounths of paperwork to get 1 new gun. His dad too.

    Also:

    Completely disagree. Guns themselves are about as dangerous as little pebbles you find on the street. It's only the people behind them.

    This statment is true and false IMO. It is the people behind them that do the crimes, but guns are not as simple as little pebbles. A better comparison would be rocks (People used to be killed by stoning.). Rocks can kill but if I see a rock on the gorund that doesn't make it bad. A person can die from a rock to the head as easily as a bullet (a bullet normally doesn't matter where). Just because something has the potencial to do wrong it doesn't mean that it should be destroyed.

    The only purpose guns serve is that to kill.

    This is also true. Anyone who says that thiis is a lie is fooling themselves or has discoverd a new use for guns that no one else knows about. This will always be a debateable topic because there will always be arguments that work for both sides. That being said I think that the idea of guns is not wrong the way they are used is wrong.

    I'm just gonna copy the post I made in FEshrine in case you see this one first.

    Second one looks good, maybe you should put some trees in the center and definitively try to make the mountain less straight, looks to unnatural. Also you put some of the cliffs backwards... I think unsure.gif.

    In the first one you forgot to shade the wall (maybe you put the grass thinking it was shading) the part outside the village looks good but the inside is mayor tile spamming. Also the ruined village looks out of place. Why did you put some with different designs spread around like that?

    Sorry if this sounds harsh but the ideas where pretty good and if you work on it you could be pretty good.

    P.S. Tell how long you need to finish your map for the contest and I'll see if I can except it wink.gif .<br class="Apple-interchange-newline">

    A Song of Ice and Fire by G.R.R.M. current favorite. Also like Narnina (C.S. Lewis), Percy Jackson (Rick Riordan), Harry Potter (J.K. Roweling), Sword Art Online ((Kawahara Reki) light novel still counts). Also really liked Perfume (Patrick Süskind) and The Runaway Jury (John Grisham). I want to read The Divine Comedy but I'm to lazy to order it from amazon and I live in a spanish speaking country, though I prefer to read in english. Is it good?

    I like the separate downloads idea too but I would prefer, once you finish the game, to download it once instead of downloading, I don't know 5 or 6, different files. That being said maybe you could release some of chapters one at a time and then have one big file with all of them. That being said my vote goes to one big file.

    I know it's worse than the first one. quit for a while then I read primefusions tutorial and my maps started coming out like this:

    Hi my name's Snow. Some people might know me from FEshrine, but for those who don't I got into FE hacking a while ago (I tried the first version of TU) but I never joined a forum. I'm a pretty decent mapper and I know the basics of hacking but I can't sprite to save my life. I've played most FE7 and FE8 hacks. Thats about it, hope I have a good time here.
