Dew's ability to steal gold and give it away is very helpful. He himself is not fit for combat until you get the Wind Sword from Blagi Tower, and promote him, thus giving him the Pursuit skill. He is best as a father than front line or support, like Noish and Midayle. 6.5/10

Ayra is a agile glass cannon that has a womb that Odin would envy. 9/10.

Midir/Midayle has the "I'm Your Daddy Syndrome", with other major victims like Noish, and Lex. Midir is very fragile, but has great skills that will make some damage to his foes. He rarely comes out better than Jamke when it comes to growths, but unlike Jamke, Midir's Pursuit skill can be inherited. 6/10 for weak unit, but excellent father.

I personally saw Augustia as the France to Granbell's germany but that's probably more due to the more fancy name and implied rivalry with Grandbell/Germany.
The Augustrian regions are all head by kings who serve the king of Augustria and ifs official name is ''Dominion of lords''. I'm not sure what real country would be similar to that.
We might have to play more Crusader Kings 2 to get more info.

I always thought Granvalle was more of a feudal kingdom like Medieval France, especially during the Hundred Years War period. I can see Granvalle being HRE too.

Ardan gets the Pursuit Ring, and is best with a Slim Sword. He is a 2/10 for me. -
Manster District is similar to the Holy Roman Empire, in that it's a confederation of numerous states serving their Holy Roman Emperor through the Imperial Election. Considering it's called the Manster District, it can be theorized that Manster was the leading state in diplomacy, but with the heavy emphasis on Leonster during the events of Gen 1, King Calf of Leonster was most likely the Elected Leader for the Manster District. It also helps him that his kingdom inherited the Gae Bolg. Giving his kingdom more importance when it came to a Thracian attack. Before Thracia 776 began and after the Yied Massacre, King Calf traveled to Conote and received reinforcements from King Carl, and his top noble Raydrik in hopes of retaking Manster which was recently taken by Thracia.
Raydrik betrayed Calf at the Battle Of River Thracia, and later killed off King Carl. Conote was quickly conquered by Thracia and the Dragon Knights went straight for Leonster. Finn escaped with Leif and Nanna to Alster. Granvalle invades Alster and executes the King of Alster and sends the Princess Miranda to the Lopto Sect as a hostage. Finn brings Leif and Nanna with him as they continue years of hiding. Granvalle pushes into the recently conquered lands and takes all of the former Manster lands, and subjugated Thracia.
Miletos is an ancient nation from before the First Lopto Empire. It is referenced that the nation is very wealthy through trade. It can be theorized that they were a Republic, similar to Venice. They were quickly annexed by Granvalle and the Lopto Sect made this once thriving nation, into a wasteland of near extinction. -
At the end of Chapter 52, there's a bunch of pages from the author in Japanese. Does anyone know what it says?

I've been playing this game for a while, and I thought: What exactly happened between the time Marth defeated Medeus for the second time and the two thousand years before Awakening starts?
I got little to no information from the game. All I got is that 1000 years after Marth, there was a dragon, and he was a dick.
How did the Falchion, the prized weapon of Altea, an Island nation in the southwest, become a prized weapon to Ylisse, a Theocratic kingdom in the southeast?
Is Plegia built on the ruins of Khadein?
There is little to no information that I can find. It just feels rushed to me.
Is there any kind of developer notes about what went on historically between Marth and Chrom? -
Civilization has some really great songs, like the obligatory Baba Yetu.
Some other favorites from this series are Brazil's War Theme, Sweden's Peace Theme, and a few others.

Adean comes with the superior Staff, Mend. Has a better base stat and growth with Magic over Ethlyn. But lacks any skills or mobility. She becomes a lot more helpful when you get the Physic and Warp staves. When promoted, she can get a C rank tome to help gain money in the arena or damage foes. But due to her having no skills, she can't double or assist in any way combat wise. She is the definition of a support unit.
