  1. I love how we will all know soon enough… :)

And have 6months+ to discuss, to spoil and then the inevitable wait…

However I am firmly in the belief, after analysing the trailer, that Camilla and the Avatar will have some sort of romantic thing going on. I am willing to bet that this is true.

  2. FEA's problem is romantic supports always end in marriage. It is linear. It is predictable. It is restrictive. And it is boring!

Broship, platonic friendships, and the romantic fluffy sparkly long-lasting romantic confessions are the best!

I have high hopes for romance this time. Because the writers aren't restricted to shoehorning every romantic confession to marriage.

I'm sure all of u guys agree with me here :)

  3. Marriage not being an option doesn't mean there is no ROMANCE

    Sheesh people!

Don't forget the so called "Marriage" in FEA is simply a romantic confession (with the next-fen gimmick attached). Just because no MARRIAGE doesn't mean NO LOVE. Just because no MARRIAGE doesn't mean no ROMANTIC CONFESSION.

Keep this in mind ok? :D

This has the potential to open up much better romance dialogue/bonding dialogue because now S ranks don't have to end in a linear fashion --> marriage

  4. The game has been so obsessed with symmetry so far that I expect them to be the same age, although FE often plays its ages close to the vest so it's entirely possible we'll never find out (though, given their pasts, it's more likely we learn their ages than most, I suppose).

Also to return to the original topic, I really hope that there are no romantic supports (if that's what S-rank means in this context) between Kamui and any of his or her eight siblings, adopted or not.

How likely do you think this will actually be the case?

BEcuase it seems the majority of players who picked up FEA enjoyed the S rank marriage/romance thing

  5. Besides what's been mentioned, the "seductive" Camilla you see in the second trailer is during the Hoshido route, where she's presumably an enemy. Maybe she's trying to seduce you back to Nohr in that story?

This is what I don't understand. If there are no "romantic" S ranks for the royal family characters of Nohr as the Avatar, how can Camilla "seduce" you?

  6. It seems EU only gets remakes "localized" faster. New games its usually NA who gets it earlier.

I thought FEA's popularity meant a quicker 2015 localization. But this turned out completely wrong.

So I think its safe to assume there will be a 2 month or more gap between NA and EU FE IF release.

The delay is going to be very, very, very excruciating. Save up for a 3DS or a N3DS XL NA model now I guess =/

  7. Well, dastard is the word dastardly comes from...

The only really obvious case of someone slutshaming Aversa is when you have the Avatar fight her in chapter 22.

But the topic at hand is about Camilla not Aversa.

I didn't recruit Aversa actually because I wasn't so interested in her - personality or design.

Can you tell me what was said? This is the first time I heard concrete evidence of Aversa sleeping with Gangrel and Excellus (who is that?)

A thought just hit me. If Aversa really slept with Validar, who is MU's father, and then MU marries Aversa… … that is quite ******up.

  8. So she won't play the same role as Aversa? Camilla is actually the eldest daughter of the Nohr royal household? What?

So that ugly, fat, and old guy shown in the trailer is actually the King of Nohr aka the father of Marx & Camilla?

Does this worry anyone seeing how this will go? Remember how FEA was all idealistic in its vision of what love is? Its pure and fluffy and first love/crush leads immediately to marriage. I see this Camilla as being the same. She is overprotective of Avatar, and if the Avatar is male, she harbours a crush on the Avatar since the dawn of time. Avatar is also her first love and everything is so fluffy and they get married.

But Camillia is heir to the throne of a dark and evil Kingdom. Surely there must be multiple suitors for her? Is this going to be stereotype writing again?
