First of all, as much i can suppose, the "Shin patch" (for the japanese FE4 - Fire Emblem: Seisen no Keifu) was hacked using/for ZSNES, therefor it needs ZSNES to run… Consequently it runs on "zsnesw151-FuSoYa-8MB_R2" & "ZMZ v1.08 with (snes9x_next_libretro) snes9x2010_libretro".
