Looks really cool. The ear is a little weird though, move it down 1 or 2 pixels. Also his nose could probably be moved down a pixel as well unless you're going for that angle.

Gif movie gear. Very nice program, but not free. I had the same program but I just got a new computer and lost my stuff. :( great animator though. Way easier to use than GIMP.

Welcome back! That's actually pretty good for such a long break, only thing I can see right off is a lack of anti-aliasing on the top of the veil. Maybe spice it up a bit. Because while it's not a bad splice, the "donors" are pretty obvious. Also the hair on the far side of her face is a little confusing; why is it bending like that? It looks like its missing a piece.

I did a few edits, mostly just palette changes. but some added shading and messing with proportions as well.
