When someone attack with a staff, did we get ext or we just get Wexp?? I'm planning to boss abuse someone so my laura could be at a high level for my girl only playtrough.

I assume you can get CExp with a staff but only if it actually does damage to the opponent. If it does no damage you only get 1 exp.

it might give both but you might as well make a character get hit and then heal him with laura two units for the price of one

You get CEXP and WEXP, same as if anyone attacked. This is a good way to raise Laura on 1-7 with the two stationary mages near the end.

is there a priest that will heal the mage?And i'll also make save before gaving her BEXP so she'll get at least 6 str (the worst part)

Paragon, Staff attack and boss abuse is how I got Callil to level 7 Arcsage and the highest level staff possible for a mage.

Of course I had to get her to Level 1 Arcsage in that chapter and give her a staff before that. But the point is, that yes, staff abuse does raise weapon level and EXP.
